Nirvana Yoga Studio is a treasure!  From the moment I walk in, I know I am in the right place at the right time.The motto of the studio is Come as You Are and Classes that Creatively link the physical poses with the rhythm of the breath. The teachers here are all special, they each have so much to offer and a nice assortment of classes. I leave this studio feeling inspired and rejuvenated.  And, feel like I just finished performing my own physical/mental therapy. Thank you for being here in town and Thank you for offering a special retreat.

Have been experiencing yoga for over 6 years at Nirvana. I'm grateful to have Marlene along with me on my journey. She's always been patient with my practice and encouraging. Each class encompasses the full spectrum of yoga. Thank you for this light in my day!

What a lovely studio and amazing atmosphere.  Going to Jean's classes makes me feel I've just had a full body massage as well as hours of supportive emotional therapy!  I always think afterwards about what topics or themes she introduces, and find it very inspiring.

I have been going to Nirvana for about 4 years. It's the best studio I have ever attended.  Marlene puts a lot of effort into every class .  It has the feel of a community.

Love this studio. Teachers genuinely care about students. Classes are consistently great. The owner has created a caring community.  Newcomers are always welcomed to ensure they are comfortable.  Been to many studios throughout the country. None measure up to this one. None.

I love this studio and all the teachers. Real life yoga: come as you are, do what you can. Great for all ages and stages of one's life and yoga journey.

Back in 2000 I was searching for a new studio. 17 years later I have my yoga community...I have my yoga home...I have Nirvana. You truly can "Come as you are" and that is enough.

This is such a warm, welcoming place to practice yoga.  Marlene is amazing and is a gifted teacher.

Inviting, warm atmosphere and awesome teachers right in downtown Barrington. Highly recommend it!
