Me and my girlfriend went into Nissan as first time buyers. We weren’t even looking to buy anything that day, we were just looking, and if we did buy something it was gonna be used more than likely. Through talking with ms Tiffany, who is the coolest car salesman on the planet. She helped us realize how affordable a BRAND NEW car could be for us. We ended up leaving the lot with a brand new 2023 Nissan Sentra fresh off the truck. It honestly feels so amazing and I’m so grateful for her helping us take the giant milestone into adulthood.
I'm glad I chose to check Nissan out. Tiffanni was amazing and made sure I left that lot not just with something I liked but a brand new something for a crazy good price. If you go here definitely ask for her. She's the GOAT.
Honestly, I walked into this dealership on FULL FAITH! After going to so many dealerships, God told me to go here and I’m happy to say that I left with a brand new 2023 Nissan Sentra! DAVID PRICE is the BEST hands down!! Thank you David for being apart of my testimony for me and my baby boy! You have no idea how grateful I am that I was sent to you!
Wasted 3 hours for nothing. I came in to get a dashboard warning light checked out. I waited in the service area lounge for 3 hours, finally getting up to stretch my legs I walk to the service station to find out my car has been parked outside for 25mins. I asked the service person Stephanie if my car is done and why I wasn’t notified? To my surprise she didn’t know how long the car has been there and then told me I had a nail in my tire. I asked to speak with the service manager who was very nice btw and then found out that the tire hasn’t been fixed and still has the nail in it. “So you had my car for three hours, diagnosed the problem then parked it back outside without contacting me?” He sheepishly said yes and said he could plug the tire, with another 45 min wait. That’s crazy! “You had my car on the rack, diagnosed the issue, never contact me, then I have to search for the status on my car, find my car outside, and then I would have to wait for additional time to do the work?” I took the keys and said I’d get the work done somewhere else. That’s SOME kind of service protocol you have there huh? Reset the warning light and you’re done. Don’t actually do any of the work. I wasn’t charged for the service time, thankfully, not sure I would’ve paid it if I was though. Maybe, just maybe Nissan should treat their customers like our time is important too! 3 hours gone and left with my car just the way came in, only angry and frustrated. This. This is how you lose customers. Do better. 2 stars bc the service manager was nice, but should’ve been 1 star honestly.
They were trying to replace the unbroken sunroof for $2700 instead of replacing the seal. As I told them, they lost credibility with that absurd quote 1/2 of the cost of my car . PS: Before speaking to the Morrow location service manager, I called another dealership and I got the correct information. Mr. Willis suddenly found the part and the price dropped by $2000... The technician and service agent lied more than oncewhen they told me that the seal comes attached to to sunroof glass. Ridiculous *Females be aware of their tricks!
If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Max and Bryce were the best to work with! I was able to let them know my budget and negotiation on a price smoothly. I am about two hours away from this store but would make the drive 1million times!! Thank you for being a lifesaver after multiple car dealership did not help! Thank you!!! Thank you!! Go see them!!!
We were very pleased with David helping us get exactly what we wanted when we came in on Monday. He was very pleasant and professional. Nissan SUCKS I have bought 4 cars from them and this last experience has been the worst! I bought a 2023 Nissan Murano in October of 2022 not even a year ago and my transmission is now GONE!!! I have now been without a car for 4 days no one has tried to call out and get me a rental everyone just keep saying they don’t have any available. This is a major inconvenience and no one seems to be worried as if I can just miss 4 days from work. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM!!! I want to warn other customers about how the service is. Go spend your money at a dealership that will make you a priority not an option. They move fast when they want you to purchase and push you aside once they have your money. I wanted to give them zero stars but I couldn’t
I had an appointment and I came 15 minutes early to sit for four hours to get an oil change and then when it was ready they said I needed a battery I said okay and waited another hour and so on then when I went out to get my vehicle I was told I could leave and I had no bill. But then next month I received threats telling me I had a balance and needed to fix it asap. You don’t treat return customers like that.
