Most people call me Ginny. For more than six years, I have been practicing Consumer Bankruptcy Law because I enjoy helping people. This area of the law requires creativity in designing individual plans for my clients to achieve the fresh financial start they deserve. Whether my clients can afford to save their home or need guidance giving up a home they can no longer afford, I am there to counsel and assist them through the process. My clientele consists mostly of good and honest debtors who typically find themselves in my office because of things beyond their control. Most clients tell me, “This is the last place I ever thought I’d be,” and I am proud to help them achieve their fresh start.
