THE WORST!!! for the last 3 months they have called and stated my moms insurance cant be verified, I texted a copy of insurance card they text back stating received. 3 months of the same thing, then then start claiming she doesnt have medicare another 5-6 calls of this. then they say she doesnt have medicare she has unitied healthcare she doesnt. I say ok I will call the dr who referred her to find someone else, she so busy talking she didnt hear me. 3 months worth of aggravation when its not that big of deal I can find another doctor no need to talk over and harrass a patients family who has been through enough already. These girls are very arrogant.

First, front desk can never answer your question always put into voice-mail. Forget getting refills whether your there and doctor calls it in or if you ask pharmacy to call you ALWAYS end up having to call office complain and magically the pharmacy gets the request. This had happened to me 5 out of 5 times. They never call your insurance company for approval for a procedure you always have to follow up numerous times. I was referred to this place since my regular place doesn't except my insurance anymore, I have made them well aware to stop referring as my problems are common complaints. I'm still sitting with back pain after injections, it did nothing.

Me and my wife have been patients of Jersey Rehab for a long time. Although the waiting time to see a doctor could be extensive. The doctors that have worked on my medical issues, I found them to be outstanding Physicians, they try to make the visit very comfortable while getting good results. The girls at front and the assistants helping the doctors, are also courteous and respectful. The whole place is kept clean and safe. Yes I would recommend this place.

My mother gets her knee shots here. She says the doctors are great. Ill be honest the receptionists or medical assistants whoever at the front desk are horrible. I had 2 incidents with them. They try to say my mom injections weren't available when I was the one who set it up for the injections to be delivered to the office all 3 of them. They called saying they have to cancel her appt becuz her injections weren't available. Ended up canceling my mom appt just to reschedule her cause they were wrong. Bad attitudes, no communication, lack of knowledge and no customer service skills. Definitely need new front desk crew! The doctors are great!

The ladies that work there are excellent! Very polite and go above and beyond for their patients. Doctors are very easy going and thorough. I definitely recommend this place.

After trying a few pain management practices I decided to pick with Jersey Rehab because they are professional, respectful, kind and really take an interest in your health. Dr. Hajela is an expert on pain and has impressive knowledge in other medical fields. Dr. Hajela really takes an interest in my health. He never rushes me and he always carefully listens to my symptoms. I feel like he is on my side. Dr. Hajela offers a vast spectrum of treatments that really works. He changed my life last year when I was bed ridden with sciatica and extreme back pain. He gave me an epidural for a severe herniated disc and within 48 hours I was up and walking and after some Physical Therapy I was feeling great again. The staff at Jersey Rehab are also amazing. They treat you with kindness and respect. They go out of their way to remember your name and little things like trips I take or how my daughter is. They also carefully listen to me when they are taking the pre-visit notes. They go out of their way to change your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. They also pick up the phone. When you call the office you get to a human being after listening to a very short message. I don't think I have been on hold for more than 3 minutes every time I call. The office is immaculately clean and provides a welcome environment for patients waiting to be seen. All in all Jersey Rehab has made my life easier after I suffered a severe fall. I was miserable and in so much pain but they make it so I can live an almost normal life. I don't know where I would be if it weren't for the Jersey Rehab crew in Belleville, NJ. I highly recommend them.

I enjoy going there the doctor are very good and very pleasant the nurses are great the receptionist are very good and you don't spend alot of time waiting they call you in on your opointment time

The workers are very Polite,the atmosphere very clean, the Doctors are terrific, they take care of All their patients! An they take time to listen to what u have to tell them ,they don't rush u out because they care about every patients they take care of

It’s been years of agony ! Dr hejala has actually been first doctor that gave me immediate result. His compassion is exceptional , his concerns is our health etc. i am 1 day past injections and i can’t beleice the relief i have. I pray it lasts. Dr, dr !

This was my first visit with the Jersey Rehab and Pain Management Facility. Eveyone there provided excellent services. They were welcoming, professional, kind and courteous. This is a very friendly and warm environment.
