I've been a customer of Don Victor's Jewelry for more than 3 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else,prices are good Jewelry is amazing, As well as Sales representatives you ask what your looking for and they will make sure you leave satisfied. Also you could apply for credit and there's other ways to apply. So come and stop by at Don Victor's Jewelry you won't regret it.
My mother and I went in looking to buy a necklace for my mom's godchild, and we were extremely happy to find many great choices to choose from. There were so many beautiful pieces that we had a hard time choosing what to buy. Eventually, we did end up choosing and decided to go for the credit option for the payment. They were super helpful and informative when it came to explaining to us how payments would work. Overall, they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful towards us. Will definitely be back in the future.
Good customer service. Did not try their credit appraisal since I paid upfront but they were able to expedite the engraving part for the bracelet. It being for a baptism that was right around the corner. Neyra was professional and helpful throughout our visit and purchase.
Very bad service. I had bought a ring for $1,000 and had to get the ring repaired because I had wanted the stones changed. They put two tiny stones and didn’t remove “Class of 2023” like how I asked them to. I paid $344 just for them to not do anything. And on top of that, they didn’t give me the stones they removed. I wasn’t satisfied at all. And the ring was for a special occasion. I prefer to go to Don Roberto instead of them.
Shouldn't even get a star. Few years back took my baby girl 7 thin bracelets to make into one. They did the job with other type of gold that needs to be polished frequently. I did not complain because we moved but now back I had to say something. They ripped us off and made it seem as if they did a good job. If you want some gold melt down into something always check it again to see if it's the type of gold you give to them to do the work you asked for. Never ever again I'll go to them and told all people I know not to go there. Should be called Don Rip-off.
I had a watch for a very long time that was way too big and needed resizing, I called in advance and asked if they provided that service, they do and they fixed it and now I can wear it. Happy customer. Thank you.
Very nice Jewelry store. Would recommend to any and everyone. Sofia was very helpful and made my experience a very good one.

I had Sofia help me the first time I went and it was truly an amazing experience! She made it so easy for me to find what I liked and what went with me, on top of being so nice! The rest of the staff there was also being so kind and helpful the entire time, can’t wait to go back for my next piece!
