Instead of the typical academic approach, the purpose of NLP Gym is to get the skills and techniques in the muscle in order to create the life you desire with hands on techniques and skills you can take home and apply immediately. NLP was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder at the University of California Santa Cruz, also the home of NLP Gym. It started as a way of modeling excellence so that knowledge, skills, and techniques could be transferred to others and mastered rapidly. Learning NLP changed my life and I continue to grow and develop and live the life I desire.
