There are plenty of washing and drying machines and they are CLEAN. The washers have different sizes and the dryers are FREE. the people that run the place are nice but don’t bang on the machines or act like a jerk. They have popcorn, ice cream, snacks, and drinks for sale. You can buy quarters, soap, and fabric softener there for a really good price. I live in an apt that doesn’t have a w/d hook up so I’ve been to a lot of laundromats all over the place and this one is my favorite.
This place cheats customers. You pay for washes and should be able to choose the type of water you want to wash your clothes. I picked hot and the washer didn't work, I picked warm and only cold water came out a little, I picked cold and the water flowed freely. They are tricking you and only giving the option for cold water only. The Mexican woman who was there is very rude and decided to talk about me to other customers, not know I know a bit of Spanish myself. She just basically said no one else has complained so I just need to deal with it. I asked for a manager and she said one wasn't available. The customer service is bad, Mexicans aren't the only ones who can speak Spanish either. Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else.
I sometimes use a laundromat for heavy duty washing. This place has served me well. This time, I came for the sole purpose of using HOT cycle. No water came on.... AT ALL. I asked an employee to look at the defective machine and she said oh no just use warm or cold. She then walked away without addressing that I missed 4 minutes on my wash cycle. Did I mention I used one of the 4x loads. Will have to wash again just to ensure its washed to my standards!
Despite the other reviews here, I really enjoyed this laundry mat if thats even possible. Dryers ARE FREE. The attendant puts in her own quarters when your load is done washing. It is always much cleaner than all the other laundry mats in the area. FREE WIFI!! The only con: huge hispanic population. The TVs are always on hispanic channels, and the staff speaks broken English, but the free dryers, cleanliness, and free wifi cancel that out.
I have no idea why this laundromat only has 3 stars, it's one of the best ones I've seen!! It's super clean, the machines are new, the staff is helpful and friendly and YOU CAN DRY FOR FREE! It has Wi-Fi if you need it and some arcade style games, and plenty of chairs and folding tables... I don't know what else you could ask for in a laundromat
If I could give 0 stars I would. From the time we walked in the lady who remains nameless because she would not provide her name watched us like we were trying to steal something! Her attitude was horrible. So not the way to conduct business. It's bad enough that it's hot and NASTY! DO NOT GO THERE. There's a nice cool laundromat across the plaza.
I really like this Laundry Mat when you wash there the drying is free! The employee she was very nice and friendly very helpful!
The female Mexican employee was extremely rude. From the time I walked in she was watching me. I unloaded my clothes and took them elsewhere. They'll never get any of my money.
I still go here to wash & dry! I Love the Lady that’s always there she’s very helpful and sweet!
