Favorite store in the South Bay! Customer service is A1 and the selection is immense Akomplice, Supreme, Stussy, 10 Deep, Undefeated, ETC. You can even bring in your rare supreme items and they will offer to buy them too. Overall I can't recommend this spot enough!
Do NOT order online! There seems to be one consistent among these reviews; great in-store experience, terrible online experience. Mine is no different. I ordered a pair of shoes online. Received an email confirming my order and would be notified when shipped. Weeks went by with no update. I reached out via email four times. No response. I called and left two messages. No response. NOTHING. Their online ordering is a scam. I filed a complaint with the BBB in the hopes of preventing someone else from getting scammed like I did.
If you're thinking about ordering online from their store, think again. There is far more companies online that sell the same products as they do that put the customer first. More than likely, their manager or poorly trained employee will try to comment on my post by calling me names as they did in their emails. They called me "Upset," "Threatening," "Unprofessional," yadda yadda, and everything under the sun, except for... PROCESSING MY REFUND. I order a LARGE shirt from them on 8-14-17. I received it on 8-16-17. When I opened the package it was an XL, a size I didn't order. I double-checked my receipt to make sure I ordered a large. Guess what, I did. I emailed them immediately after confirming I ordered a LARGE. 8/17/17 - I receive a poorly written email that mentions my order date was 4/14/17 LOL. I received a second email from the same person saying the director will call me. 8/18/17 - It took another 24 hours for someone to get back in touch with me. Why does it take this long to correct a mistake that THEY made? No idea. So their director or manager, whatever, calls and says I need to pay for shipping to return the shirt and they won't send another out until they receive it. I'm leaving for a trip, I asked if it'll arrive on Tuesday. He said if I overnight ship it... So I have to pay more of my own money to get the correct shirt I ordered. He said they'll reimburse me for shipping. I shouldn't have to pay anything extra. As soon as the mistake was brought to their attention you'd assume they'll try to rectify the issue then and there. NOPE. I let him know I'd never shop with them again. He gets emotional and explains how they do returns. I understand that if they didn't make the mistake, but they did. You should not put your problems or issues on the customer. That's customer service 101. Maybe you guys should read the Purple Cow. Before getting off the phone I was told I would be sent the return label right away. 8/19/17 - I emailed to ask where my label is. No response. 8/20/17 - I emailed to ask where my label is. No response. 8/21/17 - I emailed to ask where my label is and If I don't receive it today I'll contact the BBB. Guess what? I got a response. Ha. In this response email, I was told I was "Upset," "Threatening," "Unprofessional," yadda yadda, and everything under the sun, except for... PROCESSING MY REFUND. I was told I would get it sometime "this week." How about when I first emailed you about the mistake you made? So I guess I have to PAY for something else in order for you to be able to create a shipping label immediately huh? AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU SHOP ONLINE.
Super sick shop that has the best street wear brands. Customer service is awesome and they have such a friendly environment. 10/10 would shop there for every season!
