Class Description: This class is designed to get you fit as fast and as safe as possible. This class is a wide variety of body weight exercises. No boredom here. Every class is different and every class is easy to follow. All classes are indoors in the air conditioning. Any Fitness Level Can Do This. You Can Do This. Your instructor is a “FUN Drill Sergeant” that is aware and empathetic to your level of fitness and limitations. Every class is designed to correct and prevent common problems and pains of the: knees, shoulders, back, neck…All students receive a nutrition plan. No Excuses Ladies Boot Camp is a Safe, Friendly, Fun and Supportive Environment.
