No Limits Personal Fitness is a personal training studio that also offers Pilates Reformer private sessions and small group classes, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), small group athletic conditioning, as well as Mat Pilates classes. Jennifer Evans, Owner, is a certified Health and Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine, an Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist through the American Council on Exercise, trained in STOTT PILATES Matwork and Reformer, and a 200 hr CYT in Power Vinyasa Yoga. She holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and over 60 hrs of graduate coursework in Health & Fitness from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
