A relative has had a 10x30 foot air conditioned unit here for eight years. Every employee has always been very nice. We met with Vickie today to close out the unit. She is a super nice person and really went above and beyond to make the process easy. Thank you Vickie for everything!
Life-long Extra Space Storage customer at various locations since 2007 and every time I left them to go with another storage space company I ultimately regretted it each time. This particular Extra Space storage facility is one of the most cleanliness, safest, best up-kept, and also has a representative that works on site here by the name of Vickie that fosters one of the most important values that I value in anybody, and that’s being a servant leader as I can tell she deeply cares about her tenants and customers alike. So when I made the decision to come here it was very quick and decisive. If you show up here you will see for yourself why. I highly recommend this storage site for anyone who wants to have their belongings stored in a location for the very reasons I gave above.
Wow! What sn unexpectedly amazing experience. I haven't had such great customer service since I can remember. We are new to the area and needed a unit. The managerVicki happily gave us a tour of the property, let us pick a unit, and answered every question we had. I cannot recommend them enough!
vickie was so incredibly helpful the entire time. she showed me all of the options for storage units so i could have an accurate idea of what i would need. she was so kind and patient during the entire process. she made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment i arrived to when i left. i highly recommend this place!
Amazing storage facility with awesome ownership. I met the owner on day 3 or 4 she was patrolling the area making sure everything looked how it should. She stopped and introduced herself and also helped us find an office for our business. The storage units are very clean and priced at great rates I’d definitely recommend anyone to use their facilities.
Vickie is on top of it and such a pleasure. She explained to me the issue with the gate, showed me my space and went over everything with the lock. I haven’t moved my stuff in yet but I’m hoping this is safe and reliable place to keep my things for a few months while I moved to the East Coast.

New to the area and have to say this is a very clean unit. The Owner Vickie came up and welcomed us, asking our thoughts and helping answer questions we had. I recommend this storage facility. The owner is also on site everyday and takes great care of this facility.
I can’t say enough kind things about Vickie, she is exceptional! Not only is she very pleasant to work with, she also made the entire process simple and painless. I appreciate all of her help!
