On 4/4 /17 me and a friend, a now former employee of noco stopped into the store to inform the manager Lori that she no longer wanted to be employed with the company and turn in her key . While we were in the store I decided to by a pack of gum . I walked up to the counter and nicely smiled at the manager and she gave me a nasty look in return . As I paid for the gum the manager asked my friend If she was quitting because she did not show up for her shift that day. she said yes and handed her the key . The manager then looked at me and said you two are no longer allowed in the store and if we returned they would call the cops . When I asked her why I was band she told me it was upon her request and she told us to leave . I am appalled at the way I was treated in the store ,I am a frequent customer at the store and have spent a decent amount of money in the store and on gas seeing as I live close and it was my go to gas station. I also have a family member who lives on Shimerville rd a few houses down from the gas station and are also very frequent customers who have been informed and will most likely take their business else wear .They just lost a very frequent costumer and possibly more because I will inform everyone I know friends and family about this situation and they will most likely bring their business else wear
I had recently worked for this noco and I was the youngest employee and they had me working by myself until midnight every single night. The other night the cops had to be called due to a drunken couple while I was closing the store. At that time I decided this wasn't the safest job for me so I decided to go in today and hand in my key and quit. I didn't cause a scene and I wasn't rude or disrespectful. She looked at me and my friend I was with and proceeded to tell us that neither me or her plus either of our boyfriends are allowed in there anymore. Going on saying how we are banned from the store. So I myself had gotten banned just for quitting but my friends and boyfriend have gotten banned just for being associated with me. LORI WACKER IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Aka the manager.
I stopped in tonight right before she was closing to get some pop and gas. The lady was so very rude and said hurry up and leave because you have been here too long. My friend was rushed to hospital and I was meeting his brother to take him to the hospital with me. Whoever owns/ runs this branch needs to fire the rude lady working on 3/7/18. This place is a joke and the staff is rude and nasty. I hope management brings in a new staff quickly because this place is the worst place ever and I will never go here ever again. I will make sure that everyone I know will never again do business in this horrible establishment. You better learn how to treat people quickly or you will be out of business before you know it. Already barely anyone comes here anyway. Get rid of the trash and the clientele will return. I would give this negative 3 stars if possible.
Decent, cocoa machine runs out a lot though, but they gladly fix it. One lady I see in the morning there is awesome, and super nice, definetly deserves a raise. But any other time I've gone in, the employees seem like they want to blow their head off.
I applied there and it took them too long to reach back to me. The only way to apply is online by the way and that's a really dumb system. When I went in for the interview the manager asked me pointless questions for a minimum wadge job. She said she'd get back to me and set up training dates but lied about it. Overall a horrible staff.
People are friendly there and it's a pretty typical gas station. The pumps have a latch that allows you to pump even when you are not squeezing it, which is nice on cold days.
Place has come a long way seems the ones who worked and only gave one,star neglect to tell you they were fired for legitimate reasoning such as being A THiEF... Law states a gas stations can ban who they want as long as reasons are legitimate so please take these reviews with a grain of salt
