Received a referral in February 2023. It's late September and they still have not provided doctor's prescription. Terrible customer service. Zero stars if possible. Glad not life and death situation.
My boyfriend received a referral to this place at the end of January 2023. It is now May and they have not picked up the phone once or returned the 10+ messages he has left. No one should have to go to a doctor that cannot even reach out to schedule a patient.
I spoke to someone from their referral dept. Customer service definitely needs someone who is more professional and not lazy to do their job such as calling to confirm a referral. I worked in medical don’t lie to me that you can’t call my doctor to confirm or request it. Luckily there are other facility that didn’t have a problem do that.
Location on W. Cheyenne looked like a pop-up taco stand. It was thrown togethar. They were disorganized. One chair in the office. Rude, dirty. Tried to dictate exactly when I could bring the equipment back, which did not fit my schedule. So I brought it back when it suited me! The tech that answered the door, was like 'noone told me you were dropping off'. I was like, so that's not a me problem. Have decent office hours and serve your clients you hacks!
When I came here for my sleep study it was really nice. I felt very comfortable except for it being cold. Everyone treated me really well and even though I had a bunch of wires all over I actually slept pretty comfortably.
Turned my dad away from a sleep test. They said he doesnt qualify when he clearly needs a sleep apnea machine. Dont send your loved ones here If you care about them.
Could use a little more consideration by returning phone calls for time of appointments and schedule follow up. Some of us have to drive to last Vegas. No idea who else to call me for HELP!

This place is a waste of time and their customer service is absolutely trash.
Terrible to No follow up. Noisy for first 3 hours, plus bathroom on other side of building at least 80 feet from room. Told elderly man could not have room across from bathrooms and they stayed empty? Not able to fall asleep with noise or long distance to bathroom. Many bad reviews, pay attention to reviews go elsewhere and save the aggravation.
