Update 8/24: Still haven't given any insurance info. Gone in person and they gave me a photo copied letter which stated they were allowed to talk to me. Letter doesn't even have the companies name on it. Still returning my calls only 20% of the time. Original Date 6/6: Took a piece of my car off. Will not contact me back about fixing the damage. I have called and emailed. The people on-site told me the car wash is liable and will pay for it but will not give me information to file a claim.

They truly take great care to detail. I got to discuss what my car needed -- it had a lot of dog fur -- & was guided to the most affordable package for me. I bought the full service car wash, plus hair removal. It was the best service I could have received without opting for a full shampoo. Will definitely be returning to maintain my car's condition.

The car looks great. I often get my car detailed and Shampooed and the cleaning takes all day. Prestige stated that can do that as well but recommend I go for the prestige service because they believe my car did not require the full shampooing and they could then have it done in 20minute. They were right. I will repeat car looks great. Fast, courteous, friendly, hard working and priced well service. I will most certainly use this service again and recommend it to my friends.

This was my 1st time going to this location. This looks like a new facility. It was clean. You could tell who worked there as everyone was in uniform. I LOVED THAT! From the ordering of which service I wanted done to the delivery of my vehicle after being cleaned, was flawless. I chose to get a full service on my SUV which was $23. I was overall very pleased.

This place deserves all the word of mouth possible by all!!!! Super clean wash and reasonable for how good the quality is. I had rust on my front tires and the $16 Extreme Wash removed it!!! Self serve vacuums are very powerful and strong! They even give free dash wipes and air freshener for vents. Amazing service also!!!! So happy
