Words cannot express my appreciation for what Terry Nolan has done for me. He is caring, attentive, easy to talk to, and his staff are on-point with every little detail. I recently witnessed, firsthand, his 37 years of legal experience in the courtroom, and he is a force to be reckoned with. I was in a particularly painful case that could not escape a guilty plea, which had the potential to bring my family down with me, and Terry was able to get the judgment extensively minimized to where I had almost nothing more to worry about. He is a fighter through and through, and I recommend him to ANYONE who needs a legal representative. My only regret is that I can only leave 5 stars on this review, because he deserves far more.  I would also like to give a special shout-out to Fiona, his legal assistant, because any time I felt scared or uncertain about something in the case and Terry was not available, she took all that fear away and explained everything in a way that alleviated any concerns I had, making me feel like everything would be okay. She is wonderful and a sweetheart, truly a fantastic part of Terry's team.

Terry, Andy and everyone associated with Nolan Law Offices are always professional, caring and just plain and simple - the best of the best! The prices are reasonable and Terry even refunded me some money as he felt he didn’t earn as much as he originally charged me. Upstanding people and I will recommend anyone needing help with a case, give their office a call. They listen when you speak and use their expertise to get the job done right.

My case was dismissed of all charges. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Nolan and all of the gracious workers in his office. I've never been through the court process before so I was terrified going in. When it seemed like no one had the time or patience to help me figure out what the next steps were/potential outcomes Mr. Nolan walked me through it with ease, and without judgment making the entire situation 1,000 times better. I read some other reviews before reaching out to him, and honestly if anyone believes money is their motivation to provide help... then they don't know the people at this company. I was a nervous wreck the day of my trial, but a good friend told me "Trust your attorney." and I am so glad I did because I don't know where I would be if I hadn't reached out to them.

Terry Nolan is the absolute very best in the business.   My family has known the Nolan family all our life.  Terry has been fair, kind, so much more than just an attorney.   He cares for his clients and truly has their best interest in mind.  He’s honest, hardworking, and always does what is best for his clients.   He takes my calls on the weekend, evenings and is always willing to listen . When needing a lawyer in West Michigan, the first person to call is Terry Nolan. I promise you will not regret it.

Great experience here with Andy. Definitely recommend him if you want someone to dig into your case. The office also did great with great communication about when and when not court dates would be. If I ever need help again, this is where I will be going. Great Job team!

Okay where do I start. Terry Nolan  is a Class Act.  Terry  Went above and beyond and even went  miles away from his home office in Muskegon for me.  He is very down to earth . He listens to  your situation not like your a paycheck, but as a fellow human on this earth that has made mistakes like anyone else. He is very good at what he does, very PROFESSIONAL! Terry Nolan is the best lawyer hands down! He was my fiance's lawyer when he was wrongfully accused of a serious crime and Terry resolved the case with a not guilty verdict. He is VERY hardworking and it definitely shows. He genuinely cares for his clients and will go the extra mile to help them. He's also upfront and honest through the entire process so you know exactly what's going on. Definitely both personable and professional. I wouldn't recommend nor trust anyone else for a lawyer.

Andy LaPres represented our son in a difficult case. Andy used his expertise to secure a plea that mitigated the sentence to a lesser time while incorporating rehab.  He did an EXCELLENT job.  We highly recommend him !   Very personable and caring.

I was told Terry Nolan was the best around and they were right. He was very flexible with times if I had something come up and kept me updated the entire time. He ultimately had the jury find me not guilty, he truly is the best around at what he does and I can not thank him enough!

Terry and his paralegal, Andrea P. did a great job handling my dad’s divorce case. They were always available for questions and truly wanted what was most fair for my dad. Andrea went above and beyond to get things done as soon as possible in order to keep the process moving. They were very accommodating with meeting times as well and even offer Sunday appointments, which really helps those who work during the week. I highly recommend this office for your legal needs.
