Classical and modern movement meet and work together to formulate the perfect fitness criteria for each "body" and individual.
Classes are up to 6 persons, with well trained instructors who are all Certified in Pilates, pre natal Pilates , Pilates for contraindications and practicing 5-12 years.

It is not uncommon for nomipilates team to send a "body" home with a foam Roller, a spine corrector and videos and tips that are constructed for each client to work on and improve their movement and correct faulty patterns.
