Since Roy Deary and his crew of four bottled our first case of Hires® Root Beer in 1937, everything has changed—except our core principles. We’ve grown from bottling 25,000 cases a year to producing more than that number each day, on production lines featuring the latest engineering and technology. Our four employees have swelled to more than 500. We’ve shifted from traditional soft drinks to become the West Coast’s largest independent co-pack bottler of healthier, better-for-you products. And we’ve become a busy beer distributor, well-respected equipment solutions provider, and producer of our own Go Girl® line of energy drinks.
For all that has changed, our foundation remains solid. We’re still a family-run operation, with the Deary family working side-by-side with employees who boast an average tenure of 20 years.
