To start off, there was no signage to say that you had to use the downstairs register and I was super hard to find an employee to ask or notify. Then, I found some great shoes here but one pair was quite dirty and the employees said they wouldn’t do anything about it. It’s dirty on the sides, back and bottom of the shoe and there is a stain on the tongue of one shoe. I asked for the manager because I didn’t want to pay full price for a dirty shoe but it’s the one pair they had in my size. They told me they wouldn’t give me any discount even though one employee agreed the shoes were pretty dirty. The manager claimed no one had worn them out of the store but then please explain the stain. They said I could either buy them at full price or they would take them to the back and not sell them to anyone. I’m annoyed as this is a ridiculous “policy” and it’s simply bad customer service.
I love Nordstrom rack. Great deals on designer clothing. You can get Vince, Rag and Bone, Frame, the shoes are hit or miss you can find nice shoes but not a great variety of designers. They have great tailors if you need alterations. I like the bag selection I have bought some beautiful long-champ bags here. You can also get luggage, perfume and makeup.
Love Nordstrom rack for Tumi luggage, Vince T shirts and Calvin underwear. Always more than 50% off, excellent value. Don’t always have the sizes but if you hunt around, you’ll find what you need.
Terrible customer service. I spent over 500$. When I ended up needing to return 2 items, they simply didn’t accept it, justifying that it is past their return policy deadline. They were both unworn, with all the tags attached and I had the receipt. They didn’t even do a merchandise credit. What kind of a place is this? I feel like I am being robbed because I can’t use this stuff and a can’t get my money back. I will think twice before going here again.
I like stopping in this store on my two mile walk, it's always busy and you can find something to do. The clothes are wonderfully priced for in the area and beats riding the train or bus to get to the mall area for tj max or target. Best part really is the large hygiene of Neutrogena®products. Staff is always helpful as well
The location is a plus. The service from young woman who rung up my order wasn't a great experience she charged me extra and I had already calculated the items in my head upon stepping outside the store I said to my sister in law the young lady charged me extra. The young lady didn't me a formal apology and my sister in law told her it's only correct, she practically had to verbally say aren't you going to apologize, but the young lady apologize in a snide demeanor which isn't great for the business. On the way out a 2nd time we told the manager Zakia and she apologize on behest the rude young lady and the store. I only give the store a three because I wanted to get something off line and was told they don't place orders that are online in the store because it was to gorgeous bodycon dresses with cutouts on each side in a olive and khaki look maxi length and on a 75% discount I was distraught. Because Nordstrom should have accommodated me in my time of need. I did walk away with very nice fashionable rhinestones sneakers which I have wanted to purchase and a nice black maxi dress . So it was not a total loss there was a nice pair of shoes I wanted as well couldn't afford them. But definitely would go again because the 1st 3 people I spoke with on the 1st floor was rather attentive and pleasurable and you need nice women like that in the Copley location of Boston. It was some gorgeous octagon glasses I wanted but I had went to Copley place that day to eat and shop. My belief is to pay cash and I had spent my budget for the day. Definitely going again, perhaps you can help customer place orders online in the store that would be very helpful .
Good retails shop to buy brand good for less. It contains sections for men, women and kids. Nice deals on jackets and shoes. It needs more staff as there are long queues for payment. You need to spend long time to go through the good to Fing your request. It is a good place to find designer bags for less , like Kate spade and Marc Jacobs and MK . Also different shoe brands for less . Highly recommended for shopping
Not impressed at all !I won't be going back..other stores have much nicer merch... ill just go to Copley place! Better stores nicer selections.The other racks have better stuff.
I like hunting for designer wear and this shop did not disappoint
Has everything you need. Love this store and stuff. I made out good.
