super great customer service! Dan was amazing and so helpful and kind. his great fashion advice helped me decide between the different color I was debating between. never had a bad experience while here! highly recommend this location for its employees and wide selection of shoes, perfume, and clothes!
The new employee at le labo, Zina was very rude and unhelpful. She was very ignorant, did not offer any assistance, and was just trying to talk to her friend the whole time. Will not be coming here anymore for my le labo fragrances. Would rather go into the boutique at the mall
A+ Nordstrom location. The staff is very responsive and not too pushy. Plenty of fitting rooms, never too crowded. Great selection for mens and womens

Customer service is nonexistent if you’re Black unfortunately. They’ll either hover and follow you, but will not ask if you need help. Or they’ll go out of their way to help white customers, even if I’m standing at the counter holding hundreds of dollars worth of clothing waiting to purchase my items. This has been consistent for a few years of me regularly shopping at this location, and I sincerely thought I was imagining things at first. It wasn’t until I mentioned these situations to a white friend who was with me on one occasion, that I realized that this is an unfortunate element to the experience here. He noticed the difference in treatment and service as well. In fact, they proactively helped him TWICE, while it took me about 10 minutes to get someone to check a size for a Ted Baker polo I wanted. My visit today was no different. No help at all, but at least 5 different associates folding, and laughing amongst themselves instead of politely checking in with me. No biggie, it happens. But several times, the same associates stopped to have a conversation with an older white couple, who were just standing around drinking coffee, and now forming a circle in the men’s wear department. No products in hand, but chatting with the staffup to about 3 at one point while Im looking for sizes on the racks. When I finally found a shirt I liked, I went to the register to purchase my shirt. No one was at the register, but several were around it. Finally, an associate named Marcia went behind the register and began talking to her coworker. I stood there waiting expectantly but didn’t even get a greeting. After a while i politely asked if I can purchase the shirt, to which Marcia replied: “Oh I didn’t realize you were looking to buy, I thought you were just standing there waiting for someone.” Standing there waiting for someone, while looking directly at the two individuals behind the register…Convenient. But I didn’t even buy the shirt anyways, because although it was on the 60% off rack, Marcia informed me that it’s “UP TO 60% off.” Another convenient moment. When I pointed to the handwritten sales price that looked to say $47, Marcia explained that she thought it was $47 too, but it’s actually $97. “It looks like a 4 but in reality it’s actually a 9. Sorry about that”. Well strike 3 for me I guess. So much for my Nordstroms batting average I hope changes are made. You can’t change a person’s implicit bias. If they think white customers are more beneficial to their commission bottom line than Black customers, then that’s just unfortunately the way it’s always going to be for these individuals. HOWEVER, some basic customer service training wouldn’t hurt, because the customer experience they consistently provide is absolutely ATROCIOUS. Thank you for coming to my TED talk
Angelica Aguilera in fragrance is my favorite employee at this location. She is so passionate about her work and is brilliant with suggestions. My now 2nd late husband and I were looking for a new signature fragrance for my 50th birthday and she went above and beyond helping us find the perfect scent. She also is wonderful about working with other departments like cosmetics and has found me products I wouldn’t have discovered on my own that are now my new favorites. Nordstrom is so lucky to have her as she provides the level of custom service that Nordstrom became famous for… I only shop with Angelica for all my needs she is that fantastic.
Thanks to Jake in Shoes, I was able to get my Fiancé exactly what she wanted even though the shoes were out of stock everywhere! Jake was super helpful over the phone and helped me find the exact size I needed.
Not a happy purchaser here and extremely disappointed with the phone customer service. The sales rep at the sunglass department ordered a wrong pair of Chanel sunglasses to be shipped to my home yesterday maybe by error maybe just wanting to make a sale. 2 hours later, after reviewing the online receipt, I contacted the customer service requesting to either cancel the order or exchange the order for the correct item. The customer service is a call center in India, not helpful and not professional. Different people kept coming to the same phone and you could hear them talking to each other in the background, introducing themselves as each other’s supervisors, and all relaying the same message: “nothing can be done about the order.” Yet, they seem to know that the Nordstrom store in Bellevue, Washington will be shipping the order how come it will take more than 2 weeks to deliver?, that the order will not be going out until next week, that the manager responsible for the order can be reached by them by email. Some facts stated rang more true than others, but in the end of the discussion with the last “manager” I was promised that he will contact the Washington store and email me today, but that they could not open a formal claim or send a confirmation of an attempt at resolution. Today came and went. There was no follow up email. This is probably the first time ever I dealt with a department store customer service “manager” who was intentionally lying just to get off the phone. Come on Nordstrom, you can do better…?
Workers were very unhelpful. Everything they said they had in store- wasn’t in store. I asked for help since I had multiple dresses I was looking for and the associate looked for one dress and didn’t offer to help me for the rest.i gave up to look somewhere else
Good store. Deals when the sale is on. Reasonable return policy. Cons: Beauty department offers consultation but a couple of them are pretty rude and impatient.
