Nordstrom outlet names RACK at Bergen mall is amazing. It very large outlet store with nice shopping space for all generation and genders. They have separate entrance from street level with large parking lot and backdoor to the mall. Compared to other racks its Very organized nice and clean outlet store and carry many big designers names at very affordable prices. Excellent selection of mens, women kids clothing , shoes and accessories.
I asked about shoes and Desiree took me into the right direction. I told her what I liked an she gave me a good suggestion on what I should get to meet my needs. Every time I come there she’s always full of energy an has great customer service. She also told me about a credit card. Thank you so much Desiree you’re a 5 star employee.
Nice selection for this summer season as we are navigating their clearance racks and there are some great finds to be had if you are willing to get off season gear. You know that the quality of the items found would previously have been at the bigger sister, Nordstrom. So head over to the Rack and save!
Horrible customer service. Tries to make an exchange and a new purchase of $500. The young punk with his skull ring was so rude with his tone. I will never come to this store again. These kids need to be taught how to treat a customer. I blame the training that they do not obviously get.
A decent sized store with plenty of merchandise. Everything was well organized. Many brands to choose from and wide range of prices. Conveniently located and next to another big name department store which makes shopping much easier.
I have never been to such a horrible Nordstrom rack. WHAT A DISASTER I was amazed it looked like a thrift store. Stuff thrown all over racks, everything locked up behind glass, kids sitting on floor in middle of main aisles WALKED OUT ...NOT GETTING MY BUSINESS TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT
My husband and daughter shopped here yesterday. While they were trying shoes their 2 shopping bags were stolen in minutes. When they realized this they wanted help from the store manager Peyton McGowan. He told that he can only call back if someone turns the bags. My husband insisted to check the cameras which are installed plenty on the ceiling. He just told the security is busy and cannot check right now. The next day the manager called and told that nobody turned in anything and they did not recognise any suspecious activity at the time we were there and that was all. So, if you are in Nordstrom Rack, beware that you need to take care of your own security, their staff and cameras work only for the company not for their customers.
