Always great to see what new fashion styles are on the floor. Lots of good options to choose from. It wasn't too busy when we went and we checked out quickly by a very friendly cashier.
My wife being petite absolutely loves the larger selection of small sized shoes. Lady sizes 4-5.5. Favorite Nordstrom rack so far is the one in the Ward area. Waikiki Nordstrom doesn't cater as well having a smaller selection of small shoe sizes to pick from. But then it makes sense since many women need larger size shoes.
They have a pretty good selection and variety. Store is nice and in order.
One of the nicer Rack stores in the area. But be forewarned 15 mins before closing the checkout line gets really long. I had to come back the next day bc the wait was just too long.
Great place to find reduced priced upper medium brands. I’ve never been disappointed. See pictures and prices to know what I mean
I left it Yelp but want to leave the comment here as well. I have no issue with the place but I want to leave the feedback on person who was in fitting room. Today around noon, I had 6 clothes to try but brought those only without hangers to fitting room. He asked me whether I brought hangers and I said no. As soon as I said it, he gave me a look and told me "once done, just leave them" It sounded like he wanted customers to put them back to hangers and placed them where I got those from. I am sorry but I still remember his look as tone. What a worst treatment customers to have. I was going to report to manager but I was in rush so could not. I am regular customer to visit the location but with employees attitude like that, I am not sure I am willing to get service from him next time.
Shoutout to Marcus in the men's department and Magdalena at the checkstands. Both were extremely professional and provided white glove service. Marcus helped us pick an outfit and took care of us like family while working the entire men's department at once. A true professional. Both deserve bonuses and raises for going above and beyond
What happened to this place? You used to actually be able to find decent things at Nordstrom Rack. Honestly even Kohl's has better looking clothes than this place now.
The good.... Nordstrom style for slightly less than Nordstrom. My kids are happy. The shoe selection is awesomely large. The bad... Be prepared to hunt down the clothes that you want! Racks and racks to search through.
Buenas ideas, horrible servicio creídos todxs Go for the options, leave for the price. They have the correct sizes and the colors look fresh to me all the time. Best buyers in town. Wait for sales, most customers don’t know what soMething is good ‘til is cheap late.
