We're huge fans of Nordstrom Rack stores in general, this location is no exception. This 2-story store is located within the Sky View Mall in Flushing. Being in Flushing, this store does suffer from the unique problem of the Chinese "daigou" quickly clearing out all the heavily discounted items. Fortunately, daigou tends to avoid actual high-end products due to higher risk and more exclusive designers unpopular with the ignorant Chinese population, so we're still able to find items at a steal. The store is relatively organized most of the time unfortunately, not much can be done during the weekend and the staff is always friendly.
The store is large however the men’s shoe collection and briefcases are lacking in some of the brands you would expect at a Nordstrom Rack.
Very convenient location it’s cheap parking, $3 for 3 hrs. Variety of choices for fashion brands.
To be honest, this isn't quite as good as the one in Manhattan. The selection is somewhat smaller and the quality of the merchandise varies widely. Nevertheless this place is still worth a visit. There are definitely bargains to be found and the store itself is very nicely designed. It also doesn't hurt that there are half a dozen other stores in the same mall that are well worth checking out so you definitely won't be wasting a trip. Give it a shot. You never know what you might find.
This is a good store to stop into every now and then to check for good deals on everyday clothing. Don't expect the more fashionable stuff you may be able to find at the Union Square location. I've found great deals on basic dress-shorts and t-shirts here, however.
A great place to find deals and steals of clothing, shoes, and home goods. A decent selection of merchandise, though not quite the quality of Nordstroms in Manhattan. Quite easy to find your way to what you'd like to buy.
Horrible selection in the men's section ... I contribute more to the store returning my items from my online orders! Customer service is great when the managers get involved except for one gentleman that's from Norway or something ... wanted me to return a pair of shoes for a price adjustment when I showed him the picture of the price difference! He wanted me to bring them in return them and buy them again!!! What? I ended up returning the shoes to Nordstroms online and haven't been back since. The only things I find are usually the stuff I returned! Plus side is they have some home goods now.
For a mom with a young kid shopping at a 2 floors Nordstrom Rack that doesn't provide customer bathroom is a BIG thumb down. Very inconvenience. This rack store doesn't carry nice brand at a bargain price. Don't waste your time. Will not return...
Malls are always a fun way to waste your time and chill hangout. But it's also really cool for people who aren't from Queens/Asian cultures because we can enjoy food that we normally wouldn't be eating without having to pay high prices or wait in a table to be served.
Hellow Every - customer Please be careful here's working STAFFS ~ THEY ARE DECEIVE CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!This place have to CLOSE ~ ABSOLUTRLY because I visited just 2 months ago....to returned my stuffs....but that day I had terrible experienced from the there staff...I don't know his name not yet..... I had a 2 items retuned stuff but he tried to deceived me and He tried to takes my money....This is criminals...I had to take refund $28.65 ....but He refunded first time $11.56 .....so I asked that what happend is this.....he said somethings that..but I did't understanded his said. Because his explaines was non sense. I think that he is Im asian and I don't speak English well...so He deceived me.....Please Don't deceive customer! !!!!!!! Customer is not foolish # and I think This black-skined guyA.A have to fire from the job or I think this shop have to shut - down !!!! Because this place acting racial - abusement and deceiving customer for in theirs pocket customer's money! !!!!!!!!!!!! What do you think everyone about this??? Should I make a problem of this case?? Im just want to anymore come-out victims like me.
