This Nordstrom rack has much much better assortment then some others I know, they keep it neat and there are realy good deals.
The nerve of entitled people complaining about the return line . The line is long because it's full of dumbos with no receipts, no proof of purchase, transactions that can't be found, no adherence to the return policy of tags being attached it's a rule for a reason. We can't always look up shopping history. Help us help you: read the back of the receipt. The return period is 45 days, no one cares about your sob stories - six weeks is enough time to make a decision be prepared, have your receipts and/or order numbers ready, and most importantly, stop ordering so much shhh stuff you know you're not keeping. No one is making anyone stand in that line. FFS, take your Nordstrom stuff back to Nordstrom. Mail it back. Come during non peak hours. Shop smarter and stop whining.
This comment is about buying from the Nordstrom Rack website....DO NOT DO IT! I got sent a damaged item it came with a 4" slice as if from a boxcutter, probably from the warehouse. Website does not offer ability to do an exchange and be sent an undamaged item, you have to return and repurchase. To send it back you need to pay return shipping... even for a damaged item they sent! I brought it to a store near me this store and they refunded me the purchase price less the $8 shipping charge! I was told it was policy not to refund shipping even on damaged items. So I'm out $8 for buying a damaged item from them.
Interesting items, nicely priced! Women's, men's and children's clothing, accessories like purses, hats, scarves, belts, shoes, smaller home accessories like lights for home meetings.
Always love this store. Clean, and a good selection of good quality clothing for a great price!

I hate this store. They never have enough employees; their purchase line is not bad, but their return and order pick up line is always very long. They assign one or two employees which is not enough. I hate to shop here, so I don’t have to return.
I don't really like to shop here because it has more product that Made In China. If the same products and materials then compare to the other place the price will cheaper than over here.
Store itself overwhelms me. I really needed new shows recently however, and luckily found two pairs. So,any anxiety I had upon going in, was worth it in the end. But, I always feel this store is disorganized and a bit dirty and overly crowded with clothes racks. A lot of the discounts don't feel worth it. But if you have the patience, you can indeed find some good deals. Some staff can be rude, while others, like the one that assisted us other day, was beyond polite and friendly. Overall a decent venture if you have the patience.
