Usually florists charge you an arm and both your legs for a few flowers. This place had great prices, helpful staff, and good options.  I will be back again!

I ordered a "Designer's Choice Custom Bouquet" to be delivered to my parents, and it is stunning! My parents were SO happily surprised.  My dad gushed, "A whole garden must be stuffed into this vase." Very pleased with the quality of the arrangement.  I ordered the flowers at 3pm on Friday, and they were delivered by 10am the next day Saturday.  Really impressed by the turn around, delivery, and quality.  I highly recommend choosing the "Designer's Choice" deal.

My girlfriend and I have been together for 4 years, over which I've gotten her flowers from many places. These were by far her favorite. For the past 3 days, she has complimented the flowers multiple times a day and asked me to use this florist again. It was well worth the money to make her so happy. The flowers are fresh with no signs of age or wear and the arrangement is full. In this particular one they placed buds which bloom into new lillies to make it last longer. You can smell the flowers from several feet away which is also nice. I've never had such fragrant flowers. I will always use this florist from now on for special occasions.

Ordered an orchid arrangement from the online store for Mother's Day. It is always difficult gauging flowers from websites, but they turned out amazing. There is a lot of care that went into it and the arrangement was interesting without being over-worked or 'cheesy'. Very impressed and happy to continue ordering from there in the future.

I bought a Beautiful Arrangement today "Morning Kiss". The picture online doesn't give it Justice. It is so Beautiful. I Gave it to My Friend for her Birthday. Both ladies were very nice that was working 4/22/22. Thank You for such Great Customer Service and Willingness to Accommodate my needs. Thank You So Very Much!!!

They were very friendly and delivered the beautiful flowers first thing in the am on the date requested. Norfolk Florist are my now go to florist in Norfolk.

Walk-in selection is decent and varied but prices are high. Definitely more of a custom order/delivery venue as opposed to a local flower shop. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service members should default to the Norfolk NEX for better selection and lower pricing. No posted military discount.

I ordered here for my first time today. I was skeptical because I live two hours from their location. However, I was surprised at the end product and the customer service. It was more than I expected. A gentleman named Isaac was very helpful at answering all my questions. They were able to substitute colors for the vase I got "Seasons Best" and it turned out more beautiful than their online photo. Delivery was fifteen dollars but they were extremely prompt, faster than I anticipated. I cannot speak for past experiences but I know mine was pleasant and if I need flowers delivered in the area again this would surely be my choice. The reaction from my girlfriend was priceless. I highly recommend anyone from just this one experience.

Norfolk Florist is always at the top of my list whenever I need to send flowers/gifts in the area! I live in Tennessee but have friends and family in the area. It is so nice to have a reliable flower and gift source for all occasions! I never have to worry about the quality of their work or product and if it will be delivered on time. Customer service is top notch! Always a friendly voice on the phone willing to help and offer suggestions and opinions! Jessi and her entire crew are fabulous!!

Confession time: I'm a bit type-A, so florals were the most nerve-wrecking part of our wedding planning since we wouldn't see them before the day of the wedding.  There really was no need to worry though - they took our vague vision and made it reality.  Our December florals danced the line of hinting at Christmas, while not making our wedding into a Christmas party.  They were romantic & beautiful.
