North Adams Dental Services

The absolute worst dental practice I have ever been to. They don't even deserve the minimum one star requirement. I had my bottom dentures broken due to an already difficult situation an assault. After making several calls they scheduled me for an appointment one of the office staff did not know how to check my insurance or make the appointment. During my appointment impressions were made as they suggested I have my top dentures redone at the same time. Dentures are a 4 appointment process which I understand. I did bring up the fact that I had many sores from trying to eat on my bottom gums and the dentist assured me they would get me in as soon as the lab had my impressions back. I hear nothing for weeks. After calling and calling they rarely answer the phone and when they actually do the person answering has a hard time understanding/communicating due to a language barrier. At first she told me the lab had not finished my impressions, then she said they were actually back but they could not schedule me for a month and a half. I called a week later to see if there had been any cancellations. Again the answering service took my info and no one called back this is typically what you get when you call during business hours. After I was able to get through, the same office staff was giving me the run around about why I couldn't be seen sooner. Then she finally admitted they no longer have a lab they work with so my impressions were never sent out!!!!!! I was livid. Did they ever plan on telling me? I asked her what was going to happen with my care and she said she didn't know, they had no idea when they would have a lab to work with them. I asked if I should find another dentist and she simply said "probably". No apologies or anything. I spent over three hours on the phone calling dentist after dentist explaining my situation because the wait lists in the area are so long. I was able to find a great PROFESSIONAL and extremely caring dental office who was able to get me in the next day to start the process over.

Courteous staff and a fabulous dentist. Dr. Anna was polite, and very professional. She identified the issue and addressed it immediately, even before any x-rays were taken. My husband was very impressed and highly recommends North Adams Dental Center.

If I could give it lower than one star I would, very disrespectful. They will say someone is gonna call but no one will, u will have to call to remind them. Went in for tooth pain and came out with nothing but more tooth pain. Appointment was approximately 7 mins walked in they looked at the tooth cleaned it and sent me on the way. Also referred me to a doctor 3 hours away who didn’t even take my insurance

My wife and I were looking for a new dentist and made appointments for both of us starting the new year. The day of my appointment, they called and told me that they didn’t except my Dental Insurance. When I called and made the appointment in early December, I told them the insurance I had and they verified that they accepted the insurance. I was pretty upset that I waited almost two months to get in, and then be told I couldn’t, because of my insurance. Also I wanted to say, I called a couple of times because I had a tooth bothering me, the three times I called I got their answering service, told them the problem and they said they would give them the message, never did I EVER get a call back. I was told the only insurance they take is MA Health. Don’t bother wasting your time going to a group of Dentists that don’t care about your Dental health or staff that doesn’t know what there saying. This is unprofessional and not someone I would trust my Dental care.

I have had great appointments with the N. Adams Dental Center 77 hospital Ave suite one02 in North Adams. The staff and dentist make me feel comfortable, answer my questions, immediately started working to fix my teeth. I would like to thank them for all of the care I have received because it allows me to feel comfortable and calm while going to the dentist.

This is the second time I've used this dentist in a somewhat urgent situation. They have gotten me in right away both times. Very short wait and professional and kind care. 10/10 recommend!

Had to get an impacted wisdom tooth extracted. Dr. Diego was a fantastic surgeon. No pain! He had a great priority of making sure I was comfortable, numb, and explained the entire process step by step. Highly recommend!

I absolutely North Adams Dental! Everyone is so kind, caring and gentle! I have always been over the top nervous but not anymore! Thank you so much for everything!

I had a broken tooth with a huge abscess above it, no where else would take me. These guys took me for an emergency visit, went out of their way to make me comfortable and work with me because I don't have insurance. Absolutely great experience, they didn’t shame me and they were all so kind. Would recommend 10/10.

I had my entire top replaced and about 80% of my bottoms replaced. They made the process from ripping the teeth to finish very easy. Highly recommend
