Good storage and great services. The late fees are a little high, but if you aren't late, you never have to pay them there's a 10 day grace period, but I was broke that month. I would go back again in the future if I need some extra room or have something I would rather not store in my home.

This place in very clean and organized compared to some other storage unit places in Albany. The 24 hour option makes it extremely convenient. Never had any problems with shady people snooping around. The unit prices are a bit pricey, but for good reason. The staff are genuinely nice people and very professional. I would recommend this business to anyone. The location is not so great unless you live in North Albany but would still say it's worth it.

I previously commented on the exceptional knowledge, patience, suggestions and just general genuine care regarding our needs for storage. Alexis made each facet of the process smooth and "pain free". I appreciate the freedom of the 24/7 hrs. available access to belongings and the added security which we have not experienced before. Thank You!

I'm conflicted in writing this review.  The staff and facility were just fine.  In fact, they were good.  Access to the facility was also good.  What was absolutely terrible was the way that the company kept raising the rates.  Essentially, every six months we would receive a letter stating that the rates were going up.  And, the annoying kicker in this letter was the statement always included, and I quote, "It has been quite some time since the last increase..."  Since, when is an increase every six months, "quite some time".  We were so happy when we were able to make room in our shed for what had been stored at the facility.  So, for the above reason, they only get two stars.

North Albany Self Storage is convenient in both location and service. Pricing is a bit more than uhaul, but space and convenience more than makes up for it. Took advantage of a great promotion of 50% off. Billing was simple, insurance set up simple. Recommend if you are need of large storage space for toys and extras.

I am not the perfect person who pays bills on time , and i want to say North Albany storage has been so understanding that i could not express my thanks enough. They are wonderful! Thank you Cheryl and Alexis.

We were with them for 5+ years. We were never an issue for them; we even let them do auto withdrawal monthly payments.  In turn, they raised our rate all the time... once or twice a year. We used to have a storage unit in Corvallis that was larger, for less money... and they never raised our rate a single time in 3 years.

North albany has great storage it's very clean the management is very kind and experienced it is a non smoking policy on grounds and it's open 24 hrs

Clean, Dry, Very Secure, each unit locked with personal lock. Gate is alarmed and coded for each unit. The price on a 5x10 keeps getting bumped up, hence the two stars. Friendly efficient staff. Can pay in person, by phone, manually online monthly, or via automatic withdrawal.

Great experience at North Albany Self Storage. Friendly staff, secure facility, and clean space. Alexis was awesome to work with!
