I was very impressed on my first visit to North Atlanta Family Dentistry. I was there on an emergency to repair a tooth that split in half over the holiday weekend. I called in the morning and had an appointment within the hour. The office is beautiful and the staff is professional but friendly. I will be continuing my dental care here and feel very comfortable about that decision.
The staff knows their stuff! I have worked in dentistry for 20 plus years and was very pleased. Believe me, I've seen offices that I would never recommend. This office is very nice. The building, area, decor, staff, espresso machine, LOL! all of it!
Obviously phone calls and emails I have sent do not work. No response! Several procedures were Never filed to my insurance. Insurance co.ask me to try again to contact dentist. I did. Still not response. There is no direct contact on web site to contact owner. Everyone please check and make sure All of your procedures have been filed. Over 2 1/2 months have passed. They collected every nickel from me up front
I Highly recommend North Atlanta Family Dentistry. The staff is friendly and very professional,, they provided an excellent experience. Dr. Rios took the time to explain the details of my treatment plan, she is very professional and skilled. Cannot recommend them more highly
Dr Vargas and her Dental Hygienist are THE BEST! This dentist knows what she’s doing. To make your teeth look good she will not cut corners. Total expert. Highly recommend her and North Atlanta Family Dentistry.
1st visit customer. They escorted me from my car to the 2nd floor office. They spent 2 hours examining and cleaning my teeth. An estimate was provided before any work was performed and things I did not want like fluoride was not included. Staff was great. Only negative is the exam room was very noisy from adjoining rooms and people talking loud. More sound adsorption material with maybe a white noise generator would make a better patient experience.
I was SO happy with my entire experience here. I was able to be seen quickly and everyone was so thorough. I really appreciated the staff being so supportive throughout the entire visit. Jaylee was such a wonderful hygienist and had a great experience with Dr. Rios. What a great team!
Went here this week and had a very pleasant experience. The facility is very clean and bright. The staff were all knowledgeable and professional. I will referring friends here for sure.
I had been searching for a new dentist office and a work colleague referred me over to these wonderful folks. The entire staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Brenda who typically manages the front desk is super sweet! She has helped me on multiple occasions and always goes above and beyond! My Doctor, Doctor Rios is amazing! I would highly recommend this dental office!
Very professional staff. Dr. Stanley was absolutely awesome. I've got that $1000000.00 smile now thanks to NORTH ATLANTA FAMILY DENTISTRY. Highly recommended, for any and all dental needs.
