Allstate is terrible no claims on house or auto insurance raised my home insurance 300 dollars last year I like a dummy stayed with them this year no claims raised 500 dollars I got caa for 900 dollars cheaper than what Allstate wanted

I talked to 2 ladies, the first was incredibly rude. The second was supportive and assisted. All I was looking for was a new updated insurance slip. With the amount I spend on insurance you figure she could have at least spoken to me with respect.
Total money grab, added fees, I wanted to ensure my motorcycle with them, they wanted to charge me a fee for now having anything else ensured with them. I took time off work to ensure my bike only to find out they need to email head office to see if they can even ensure me. Would have been nice to tell me that when I was there the first time wait 2 days just to get a msg saying they won’t ensure me. Clean driving record, no tickets what so ever, I did a driving course and I did a motorcycle course. Not good enough? I’ll go elsewhere. I’ve read countless reviews on how much of a scam this company is, my story doesn’t come even close to the horrible things this company has done to their “clients” don’t waste your time or money. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Allstate..You’re Not In Good Hands
Working with Tara Butineau is a complete pleasure. This lady knows how to serve clients. The service she provides is second to none and she thoroughly explains exactly what your getting taking the time need to fully understand your insurance needs for home or auto.
