Only giving one star because I have to. Parking rate used to be great $3-$7 an hour, they no longer have an hourly rate and they’re farther from the beach than all the other parking. They charge 27-$30 all day even if you are only there for a few hours like most people are. Would highly recommend you park literally ANYWHERE else. This garage is not it anymore. You can’t really see the pricing when you pull in, it’s not posted anywhere except in a screen you can’t really see. Definitely went downhill.
DO NOT PARK HERE! The rate used to be $3 an hour. Now it's a flat rate of $30 per day even if you're there only for an hour. The sign thats "posted" is completely unreadable. When I spoke to management, he told me it was my fault for parking there and paying the rate. I explained that the posted sign is unreadble and he didn't care. All I wanted was an hourly rate since I was only there for 1.5 hours. He was completely rude and aggressive and is under the impression that his signs are readable. As a local resident, I guarantee I will never suggest this parking garage to anyone ever again. There's cheaper places to park at the beach.
Good place to parking. Just near the beach side walking distance 2-5 min to main beach. Only it’s little expense. $20. You should have a shorter parking rate, as I park there for a 1hours it’s $20 so that’s a bit high.
I recently parked in this garage. The location is good. However, there are no posted hourly rates for parking in the garage. I assumed it would be more expensive than street parking or lot parking. However, to my surprise, it cost me $12 per hour to park in this garage. I understand it is my responsibility for not checking ahead of time, so I paid the bill. However, I want to warn others so you don’t have the same unpleasant surprise.
DO NOT PARK HERE!! This place is a ripoff! There is no sign before entry stating that the parking rate is $30 plus tax, bringing it to $33. Any other parking garage has prices stated before entry and I can assure you it is an hourly rate of no more than $10 but usually around $7. This garage has you pull in to the ticket booth, then you see the sign of the price, but have NO CHOICE but to move forward because you can’t reverse. It is misleading and the Better Business Bureau should investigate this fraudulent company!
DON'T PARK THERE !!! my husband and I went to a birthday dinner and parked there. no price shown but we thought "can't be so much " Oh, how wrong we were. $ 38,50 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. How can they sleep at night, knowing that they ripped off so many people each day? Even on the airport you don't pay that much.Never ever again !!!
Very disappointed. We were totally ripped off. Flat rate parking fee and the prices weren't posted visibly. We were there for less than four hours. $44. Don't park here.....
I parked here on Easter. The website says 3$ an hour and I go in for about 2 hours. When I come out and scan my ticket it charged me 50$. I asked about it but the guy at the gate said that’s a flat rate. No sign in the front or anything to let you know that the price is different than usual. Now I can’t get in contact with anyone. This has to be against the law. You can’t advertise 3$ an hour parking and then scam people at the end for 50$ flat fee. If this doesn’t get resolved I’m getting layers. They will eat up this case.
$9.90 an hour! I did notice the rate as we pulled in but didn't see a max so I hoped for a $30-40 max. After some quick searching I realized i'd better move our car or it'd get really expensive. Found one of the city lots within a couple blocks for $3 an hour.
On 4/2/2023 is visited Clearwater beach. I am a Florida resident and have parked at the garage multiple times. Let me say, it will be my last time parking in one of your garages. I was charged $78 to park for 5 hours. In the past I was charged $28.00 for the same amount of time. You are ripping people off for what I feel is taking advantage of spring breakers. I am a resident of this community and this is ridiculous. When I asked the attendant about the high pricing I was told “Not my problem”. He was right it was my problem, because I was getting robbed by your parking garage. I hope I here something back and maybe receive a discount.
