Dr. Jordan and his crew are amazing!  Weirdly enough, I always enjoyed going to the orthodontist, because they are so welcoming, fun to talk to, and patient about explaining everything to me.  I got my braces on with Dr. Claudia, who I loved, but when she retired, Dr.Jordan finished my treatment quickly and thoughtfully.  He is equally as friendly and skilled as she was.  I loved the assistants at the office who all knew my name and made me feel comfortable.  My teeth look incredible.  I truly couldn’t feel happier with my smile.  I would recommend this orthodontist and office to anyone!

Dr Jordan and his staff won us over with their commitment to patient care. From the first phone call to schedule the appointment, it was apparent they are very customer focused! My son's wire broke and they were able to get us in quickly for an appointment. The receptionist, Ashley, outlined all the options and gave me a breakdown of prices. At the appointment, Dr Jordan had a great rapport with both my husband and I and my teen. He explained his recommendations thoroughly. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Love North Bridge Orthodontics!  Dr. Claudia and her staff are all fabulous!  My son actually likes going to the orthodontist and his teeth look amazing! We had trouble with our insurance and they were very helpful as we figured it all out.  I will definitely be bringing my other kids here.

My son just got his braces off today, after almost 3 years.  Dr. Claudia and her staff made every visit a treat.  They are caring and supportive.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience

Wow! What a great place to get braces!  Everyone is super professional, but fun at the same time, very accommodating, Love Dr. Claudia, I can't say enough positive things about this office.  Love my after braces smile also!  LOVE this place!!

I was referred to Dr. Jordan and Hello Ortho by a colleague at work who is a patient and highly recommends him. I can "second" the recommendation as Dr. Jordan and his staff are professional and more than competent: they are caring and personable. They are also very flexible in their scheduling which I really appreciate as a busy professional myself.

Dr. Claudia and her staff are fabulous, but Dr Nelson is awful.
