Smoke on the Lake BBQ Festival 2018 is a Charity Fund Raiser held on Friday evening May 11th and Saturday May 12th, 2018. All Net Proceeds are reinvested in the local community. Friday night includes great entertainment with a Sons of Sailors Concert, outstanding BBQ along with various foods choices and the best fireworks in Acworth! On Saturday, Amateur Back Yard Cooking for Fun Cook teams compete for the best BBQ judged by the hungry public! BBQ is available Friday night 5:30PM-8:30PM and Saturday 11:30AM-3 PM. Attendees buy Taster Tix to sample the BBQ from the various teams and then vote for their choice with the Best BBQ. Venue opens at 5:30pm on Friday night, Concert under the Stars entertainment from 8-9:30, fireworks at 9:30. We depend on the community to have your favorite local BBQ cook teams compete and for local attendance to enjoy the great food!
