Dr. Bronni and Colleen Savage have been really great with all my foster and adopted babies. They are both very attentive, kind, thorough and work with me when trying to find a resolution for different illnesses. They are compassionate and listen to all of my concerns and answer questions even if they may seem irrelevant. Most of the office staff and the nurses are very kind and helpful and always do their best to find last minute urgent appointments. I appreciate all of them.
Ashley was kind and funny. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I instantly felt comfortable with her & I'm grateful Gayle P. recommended her. The front desk staff was also kind and they were helpful. From check-in to checkout everyone was great.
I liked my new Doctor...Dr. Rhonda. I thought she very thorough and professional. It was a great 1st visit and am glad she referred me to a specialist. You have a good crew at North Country..!
It was fantastic, the people there are very friendly. I love Heather Harper and her assistant. They are gray and it’s I e to have someone from the Salt Lake area because that’s where I’m from. I would highly recommend her and the clinic, everyone is so friendly.
NP Ashley Powell is the best. She truly cares for her patients. Please Don't get rid of her. Keep her always at our lake havasu facility. The staff there is real friendly and respectful as well. Thanks
I’ve never been so disrespected regarding my health before. I encountered the worst experience. Ashley Powell was extremely rude. She told me I was “rude” because I was basically concerned about my health. I know my body. I live in every single day! For a PA to tell me I am “tired and irrational” is uncalled for. She refused to run a Lymes Disease panel on me because I wasn’t fitting the perfect description of a tick bite or rash, but I have all other symptoms with a rash on my chest that appeared when I came home from the Sequoias near Three Rivers, CA. I came home and noticed a rash and started experiencing horrible symptoms with my head and body. I have been experiencing dizziness, foggy headed, weakness, tingly sensations in head and arms. Loss of concentration and off balance. Vision changes, fatigue and shakiness. Also flu like symptoms I have been test for multiple viruses, they were all negative She basically said I had an ear infection on first appt 10/17/22 and prescribed me antibiotics for an infection I don’t have. I went to the ENT, ER in Kingman, and Urgent care and not one of them said I had a sign of a ear infection. Ashley did not allow me to give her any of my paperwork from the other facilities. When I mentioned I had to pull up my patient portal from ER on my phone because I wasn’t able to print my reports, she continued to tell me I was rude and interrupting her with a dirty look. She continued to degrade me and treat me like I was a 3 year old. When I told her I was concerned because the rash was still there, she said “you have heat rash!” Well I know what heat rash is and I’ve dealt with it on myself and two children… This is not heat rash. My rash is still there which is getting bigger. Maybe if you actually spent time listening and research about lymes disease you would see my concern. I have all symptoms listed from the CDC website also. NCHC should respect that for how pro covid they are. Ashley smirked and was irritated that I kept asking for the lymes panel and closed her lap top about 5 times telling me “ I don’t have to help you” “you are rude!”. I’m sorry if I am concerned about my health and I’m trying to reach out and explain to you that I don’t feel well and something is off. Even in my moments of crying she was annoyed. If I tried to talk she kept telling me I was “interrupting” her. Then she made the comment “what happens when you aren’t positive!” Well Ashley… we keep searching for an underlying issue… that’s what physicians do. They help people. She kept mocking my symptoms because I didn’t see an actual tick on me. Most people don’t realize they were bit by a tick, and they don’t always embed their head in your skin. She continued to tell me what she sees is a tired irrational person that needs sleep. “Melatonin doesn’t work, obviously you need a different prescription”. No, I don’t need that. I need a trusting physician I can talk to and trust. Not call me crazy and tired and suggest sleeping pills. I am a very active person, I exercise daily, take care of my children, drive and pick them up from school. For me to suddenly not do anything and lay in bed for a week, definitely shows that I am not ok. I will never be back to this facility. Ashley Powell lacks bed side manner and compassion. I will admit I called her a bad name while walking out of the room while slamming the door. A person can only take so much, especially when they aren’t feeling well and are searching for answers… from their doctors office!
My experience is always good at North Country. The staff is always comfortable to talk to and they care. I love my dr she’s the first one that really listens to me and is giving me hope!!
Spot less reception, lab and exam rooms. Very courteous and caring staff. Absolutely love my FNP Ashley Renae Powell, always very caring, listens and explains clearly.
I had an appointment today to discuss labs. After confirming that all labs were done I arrived and labs were incomplete Even after speaking to front desk personnel prior to my visit, where I inquired if these specific labs were completed. The medical assistant was cold and unwelcoming. The nurse practitioner said "I am out of here soon.". Someone needs to do a quality review of this Havasu facility.
Incompetent office staff and nurse practitioner did not care about my concerns and justified dismissing my issues by saying "I am out of here in May". Looking for another primary care physician.
