Boxing Fitness
Boxing fitness is for men and women of all fitness levels. We offer personal training for individuals or small groups and boot camp classes 3 days a week.
Boxing boot camp is a fast-pace workout designed for all levels of fitness. You will be taken through a boxer's typical daily regimen within a matter of minutes, including bag work, footwork drills and strengthening exercises that will work you from head to toe. If you want to build muscle without bulking up, increase stamina/endurance, or shed pounds, this is the group for you.
Personal training available from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday
We're also training future amateur and professional champions as well as MMA athletes looking to perfect their stand up.
