I wish I could give no stars. I saw Dr. Drexinger on November 23 for suspected trigeminal neuralgia. He was pleasant and chatty as was the staff. He ordered an MRI, but the office never sent it over to the imaging place despite me leaving 2 messages across 3 days and the imaging place calling as well. I had to fax a copy of the order myself. My condition also worsened in that I had a severe issue of face and head pain that put me in tears not like me and caused my blood pressure to spike to 185/120. I called and reported this trying to urge them to order the MRI: nothing.Then, one week after the MRI I began calling for the results. After 3 messages, I had to to pick up the report myself and try to interpret the findings myself as I left another message saying there was a finding of a vessel laying on the nerve which may, or may not need surgery based on my understanding ‍‍. Isn't this what the doctor is for? So, now I need a new Neurologist. Do not go here. They were pleasant at first, but seem to have fallen into a black hole . They could care less about my condition.

I can say, without a doubt, this is the WORST medical establishment I have ever been to. Out of the literal hundred times I have called, they didn’t pick up the phone ONCE. For months now I have been leaving at least 1 voicemail per week, as they never call me back, and have gotten MAYBE 3-4 calls back, ever. It has been two months since I switched my insurance. Elda assured me she would have everything sorted out in 3 weeks and call me back to set up an appointment. I am SUFFERING badly from chronic migraines that I get Botox to treat. The one time I did finally make it into the office, Dr. Drexinger forgot to put any units into my jaw. I asked him if he was planning to treat my jaw, and he says “oops. Didn’t think of that.” Then proceeds to pick up an empty syringe and inject my jaw, as if I didn’t notice there was zero Botox left in the syringe. Everyone is extremely rude, calls me a liar, and refuses to own up to their mistakes. Run, don’t walk, the other direction.

Such a great practice! The doctor really takes his time and listens to his patients! The staff was amazing and super helpful. Would highly recommend!!!!

Seems to me that many of these negative reviews are related to the previous practice & not specifically to Dr. Drexinger. I have been seeing DR. D for 10 plus years and he has changed my life - for the better. He listens, he answers questions, he seems to care. The office staff is wonderful and professional Alda and Elizabeth are both extremely nice and professional. My only complaint would be that he can run behind schedule and you may have to wait a short while. I think that he gets behind because he takes as much time as the patient wants rather than rushing them out.

wow, I tried to be a new client, but the outgoing voicemail telling me to leave a message was horribly off-putting. not just what was being said fine you don't want more than one Voicemail left but the tone of voice. I promptly hung up, If you are going to have that message put out there for potential new clients, then how do you treat clients in person.

Wow - I can't recall ever experiencing such rude and unprofessional behavior from a medical staff as I encountered today. Front desk staffer did not even look me in the eye, nor take ANY responsibility for a scheduling error that was her fault and cost me two hours of my day and made a disparaging comment as I left. I did not see Dr. Futrell, but I'm sure he is losing potential patients like myself because of this unprofessionalism. Google won't let me put zero stars.

I love this doctor and his office- I had a great experience and am so happy to have gone there! BR and Elizabeth go above and beyond always to make their patients feel heard and safe. Hands down best neurologist I know!!

His nurses are very offensive. They act like they hate their job here and the patients have to take their silliness. dr P wasn't very insightful. An example of why American, especially GA healthcare is broken. You need to take this line of work seriously and show your patients respect. GA has toxic culture of arrogance and ignorance .. A deadly combination. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr Puhalovich is patience, listens and has excellent doctor/patient matters Treatments are correct I miss you Dr Puhalovich. Moved out of state and miss your bedside manner and understanding Can not say enough!

Dr. Futrell has zero bedside manner. Was rude to my mother who had a stroke, dismissive and arrogant. We will do everything in our power to avoid this practice.
