Mindfulness is the practice of present moment awareness. Challenges and difficulties are workable and a Mindfulness practice is fundamental to this work.
We are a couple of high school teachers who practice Mindfulness and want to spread the word that applying Mindfulness to your life will make you happier, healthier, more appreciative, compassionate, and calm.
