NHHR is over 75,000 square feet with two floors of the latest state of the art cardio and weight equipment. We offer personal training in order for you to achieve the fitness goals you are looking for. Our nationally certified personal trainers can help you reach any fitness goal whether it is training for a sporting event or just improving how you look and feel. Working with a personal trainer you will learn how to exercise properly and effectively to reduce your chance of injury and get the results you want.
We offer babysitting service as well as a kids Zumba class for your little ones. We also offer group fitness, and can ensure you all of our instructors have been teaching for around 5 years. We look forward to seeing you at North Haven Health & Racquet.
