Great place to relax, its quiet for a park. But to many people ŁIŤTËR so STOP PLEASE, & PICK UP...HIS/HERS/THAT... ŤRÄSH...YES ...TRASH ...TRASH ...its so easy to clean up and it will make the park more welcoming to kids and familys. REMEBER.. This neiborhood park is there lil Universe to explore. J P.S. been here forever!!!! Its pretty much Historic!

NICE PARK UNTIL HORRIBLE WINDS STARTED
We had a great time
This is a great neighborhood park with a decent play area for small kids, two baseball fields, two tennis courts, basketball court and enough grassy areas for a wide variety of sports. There is also a public restroom, three outdoor grills and covered picnic areas. The only downside is when a huge gathering decides to take over the whole park and the trash they leave behind the next day.
Clean wonderful community Park in our North Indio area. All new toddler Playland toys... All new equipment but it's missing the swings for swing set... Also could use some more eating areas and tables...
Excellent park, this is the park I grew up at. Of course it's much better for families now. Only downside, there aren't enough grills and you aren't allowed to bring your own any longer
Their playground is the worse I've ever seen personally. For a park that gets so many people due to the baseball games that are held there i would think they would have a lot more to do there but is is terribly boring the best thing that they have is a tire swing. They have 4 picnic benches that offer no shade, basketball courts that are far from the playground so it's impossible to keep an eye on your child while you played, a walking path that is good except the light poles are places in a way that doesn't leave much space. It used to have a water feature but it never did work so they covered it up permanently. You could still see remnants of it where there is a rock wall about 3ft. high that leads into a sand pit that could've been there to build sand castles because the water used to flow into there. Kids play in the sand but also climb the wall which is not safe because the sand makes ot easy to slip and fall and also because the rocks which are a pretty good size fall off the wall. It is in definite need of a upgrade
Just having lunch from k&a market the best Mexican food in North Indio reminiscing having lunch at Jackson Park sure has changed over the years but still the same old part
This was a pleasant park aside from the homeless man crowding in the bathroom. But he seemed harmless. Nice playground, and a great location tucked away in the neighborhood.
