At North Jackson Pharmacy the customer is more than just a number
The staff at North Jackson Pharmacy in Stevenson, enjoys that personal interaction as they help customers with all their needs from medications to durable medical equipment, personal hygiene to cleaning supplies, and gifts to cards.
“We have most everything you may need from head to toe, for grownups to babies, and for you home inside and out,” owner/pharmacist Bryan Hicks said. “We have shorter wait times and offer customization to meet our customers individualized health needs.”
In today’s environment, thriving in the pharmacy business is about building relationships.
“It feels good to know that we have really helped someone and that they appreciate it,” Hicks said while relating that they often receive cards and goodies for just doing their job. “In a small town word of mouth is huge, so when our customers feel treated special, they tell everyone.”
Hicks’ takes pride in the fact that his staff provides prompt, friendly, and accurate service. He stresses building relationships and providing personal service.
“We have some who tease us, or want to try out their latest joke. We want to provide individualized services to our customers through greater expertise and personal attention. Our pharmacists are always available to provide face-to-face personal service and to give advice based on knowing the customer’s health concerns,” Hicks says. “We truly care about our customers.”

North Jackson Pharmacy is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. It is closed on Sunday.
