I ordered flowers for a girlfriend who works in North Liberty, in the middle of the night on Feb. 12, in hopes she would get them for Valentine's Day on the 14th. She texted a thank you & photo by noon the next day. I picked a florist's choice bouquet, and was pleased to see how tasteful the arrangement looked. I would not hesitate to use North Liberty Flower Shop again.
I understand it's a gamble to go with "florist's choice for Romance," but hear me out. I ordered the premium size. I don't think that's what I got. My card clearly stated it was for an anniversary. I guess I expected more than just two roses.. Again, I get it, "florists choice" is a gamble. The email order confirmation said they'd email me when it was ready for pick-up. They did not email me, in fact, they did not contact me in anyway. Not sure when it was put together or how long it sat there. I finally called at the end of the day and found out I could go pick it up. The next day petals are already falling off and a couple flowers are already wilted. Here' a picture the moment I got home, judge this $73 Premium Romance arrangement for yourself. I gave them more than 1 star because, as I've said, I rolled the dice by letting the florist do what they wanted.
I contacted them about an arrangement I had received that wilted quicker than I had expected. They responded very quickly and fixed up my arrangement with new flowers to bring it back to beautiful. I would recommend working with them and plan to be a returning customer. Great customer service!!
I order flowers online every couple of weeks for my mom. Living out of state, i researched flower shops in the Iowa City area. At North Liberty Flower Shop, I appreciate how easy it is to order, the affordability, the variety, and the free delivery. She is always very excited, and tells me how beautiful the arrangements are. I will continue to support this local business and encourage others to do so. Who doesn’t want to brighten someone’s day?

I ordered flowers on a Friday, and had the option to have them delivered as early as the next day was an awesome deal. The website was easy to use, and they delivered beautiful flowers to my sister. Highly recommended.

I apologize for this review. I would never give a one-star review without stating my reasons. I did visit the store once but honestly don't recall having a bad experience. I am going to ascribe it to having the app open on my phone and a series of inadvertent touches to post it. I will give a true review if I visit again.
