North Mecklenburg Park is an absolute gem, offering a serene escape into nature right in the heart of our community. If you are looking to get out of the house and do something that is inexpensive and offers several options from a sandbox, playgrounds, Basketball courts, trials, Soccer and Baseball fields. We had a small gathering and it was perfect. Thanks to the Town of Huntersville for taking good care of this Park!
This playground is very nice. It has plenty of benches and covered picnic tables for parties. I really liked that it has plenty of shade. Playground: The playground was clean. Picnic area: Covered picnic tables and a grill.
Kiddo had a good time today. They had a pump track that could use some TLC, but for my little dude in his strider, it was good enough.
Out on Labor Day weekend and it was beautiful. Empty batting area, huge sandbox that’s in the shade and already has a bunch of toys in it
Good space in North Mecklenburg. Multiple baseball/softball diamonds. Nice sized playground for kids under 10. Bike trails which are also good for trail running. Soccer field and basketball courts onsite as well. Has restrooms. Playground: Good for kids 10 and under. Restrooms: Restrooms onsite.
Not enough garbage cans. Garbage all over the “track” and soccer fields. Soccer families, in particular, need to clean up better after themselves.
It's nice to have Parks like this for residents to enjoy. However, there should be better signage for parking for the various baseball fields.
Very nice park. 2 playgrounds, trail, soccer goals, basketball. Shaded park for kids and plenty of picnic tables.
Mountain bike trail is awesome! Riding through the forest is great any time of year
This has been a great place for the fall t-ball games my son has been playing this fall. It is a nice park with several baseball fields and a playground.
