The EMTS were great. The billing department is awful and draconian. Can't keep track of any of our payments and decided to charge me extra even though I had already paid off the bill.
Zero stars if I could. I had a virus and needed to go to the hospital to get an IV. Since we don’t know very many people here my husband didn’t want to leave our kids so we called an ambulance because I could not drive myself. They ended up taking me to one of the furthest hospitals possible and I was charged $3000 for the ambulance ride! They didn’t give me a choice as far as cost was concerned. I know the paramedics do not working in the billing department, but there should be some sort of a transparent disclosure listing how much you’re going to pay if you set foot in the ambulance. I have great insurance I thought but apparently they don’t cover this. I definitely think it was a money grab by taking me further than I needed to go.
My Wife is known for having Seizure and my Daughter called 911 and Ambulance service came from North Memorial and we don't stay far from North, Memorial it took over 30 minutes for them to get to our House Very poor Services I'm afraid for my Wife next time if Ambulance Services is needed and it comes from North Memorial Hospital. I don't think Black Lives matters to them and it's very Sad

I used their services June of this year. VA is paying for it but I'm now getting a letter threatening to send the bill to collections. I've called these people, gave them the contact info for the VA and they still sent me a letter threatening to send the bill to collections AND to the IRS so they can garnish my tax return. Just a trash company. I'll be filing a complaint through the VA tomorrow.
Very snooty, rude, billing lady. Gave her my daughters medical number and she starts going off about something completely irrelevant that had nothing to do with the billing. Then hangs up on me after I asked her why she was freaking out about whatever she was going off about. Very unprofessional.
Thank you for all you do! North EMT has helped my family on 2 different occasions, both were very scary times for us. They were nothing but kind, caring, and compassionate. It has not gone unnoticed. God Bless!!
very unprofessional, also just know these people are scamming the people of minneapolis, they're so many of them around, they come when you don't even need them, then charge you 1550, very gross to exploit people for money like that in a PANDEMIC
