HOBBY-NO MOTOR CLAIM
WEIGHT 3000 LBS AFTER RACE WITH DRIVER
Engine:
1. All cars must use 2 barrel carburetors no more than 500 CFM max 1 11/16 throttle bore maximum. Holley OK.
2. No aluminum heads, or blocks or exotic materials.
3. Any intake
4. Engine set back. No. 1 spark plug hole can be no further back than center of ball joint.
Suspension:
1. Sliders optional
2. Racing springs optional. Adjustable spring buckets allowed.
3. One shock per wheel. Racing shocks or aluminum shocks optimal.
4. Right front safety hub is optional.
5. Lowering will be allowed
6. A frame must be stock
7. Front stock must be in stock location/rear shocks may be relocated.
Body:
1. Any American coupe, sedan with stock production frame minimum 101” wheelbase. Wheel must remain stock according to year model.
2. All bodies must be stock appearing, no wedge bodies.
3. Stock fire wall or same thickness, stock floor pan or same thickness must extend to front of rear end yoke.
4. Front and rear bumpers in stock position required.
5. Cars must have a MINUMUM of 6 point roll cage. 1 ½ inch minimum diameter pipe, securely welded to frame. Three driver’s side door bars REQUIRED. No black or galvanized pipe allowed.
6. FUEL CELL IS MANDATORY. No boat tanks or homemade gas containers allowed. Fuel cell must be contained in reinforced steel container and must be securely mounted.
7. Battery may be relocated but not in drivers compartment and must be securely mounted.
8. After market pedals will be allowed.
9. Rubber or plastic nose allowed.
10. All cars must weigh in after each heat race and feature race.
Rear End:
1. Rear end may be locked or posi-trac.
2. A 9 inch Ford rear end is permitted. Steel only quick change permitted.
3. Floaters are permitted.
Transmission:
1. Manual or automatic transmission. No after market transmissions.
2. Triple disc or fluid lock okay.
3. No quick change transmission
4. No aluminum flywheels
5. No aluminum drive shafts
6. Drive shaft loop required
7. Drive shaft must be painted WHITE
8. Safety housing or blanket recommended
Tires and Wheels:
1. Asphalt pull-offs only
2. 10 inch steel wheels
3. Grooving and regrooving allowed
4. Bead locks allowed
5. 1 inch lug nuts MANDATORY
6. Track tire American Racer 56 or Hoosier 1600. Any other tire must durometer 40 or harder.
Fuel:
1. Racing gas permitted
2. No nitrous oxide or alcohol









Outlaw Rules
WEIGHT 3000 LBS AFTER RACE WITH DRIVER
• 10 or 12 steel wheels
• Clip frames are allowed
• 10”, 12” or 14: aluminum wheels
Body:
1. Any 1948 or newer sedan or coupe
2. Stock wheel base for that car
3. May be fabricated but needs to be covered no sharp edges
4. Unibodies may be tired together
5. Body sheet metal must be kept in place at all times
6. Hoods will be pinned
7. No flat sheet metal bodies allowed. Car bodies must be stock appearing. If u runs a sheet metal body it must have a factory body rolls built in the body. The body must be made of steel or aluminum bodies.
8. Maximum 8 inch rear spoiler
Chassis:
1. Racing springs and shock permitted
2. No coil over or coil over stimulators allowed
3. No 4 bars or swing arm chassis allowed. No J bars
4. Large ball joints can be installed
5. 9” floater rear end allowed
6. Steel only quick change rear ends
7. Clip frames on tube chassis are allowed and must weigh 3,000 lbs
8. Tubular top a-arm are allowed
9. No traction control devices allowed
Engines:
1. 362 cubic inch no 400 blocks or after market blocks
2. Any 5.7 or 6.0 steel rod
3. Flat top or dish pistons no engine set back (#1 plug must be in front of the ball joint)
4. Any hydraulic or solid lift cam no roller or mushroom cams
5. Roller tip or full roller rocker arms permitted
6. No grind off numbers
7. Any 350 crank with stock stroke (3.4Cool counter weight must be stock appearing
8. Balancing is permitted
9. No magnetos MSD permitted
10. Stud girdles allowed
11. No aluminum heads
Transmission:
1. Must have working clutch with one forward and one reverse
2. No direct drives
Carburetor:
1. One 2bbl or one 4bbl not to exceed 750 cm no predators
2. No alcohol (gas only)
3. Manual fuel pump only
4. Any intake
Tires and Wheels:
1. 10” or 12” steel wheels 3000 lbs
2. 10, 12 or 14 aluminum wheels 3000 lbs
3. Wide 5 hubs are permitted
4. 11” tire width maximum
5. D55 or MD 56 or harder
6. Track tire American Racer 56 or Hoosier 1600
7. Any other tire must punch 40 or harder
8. Bead locks permitted
Protest Rules:
1. Any and all protests must be made within 10 mins of completion of the feature race
2. You must finish in the top 5 of the feature to make a protest
3. Any driver that refuses or is disqualified in the same class 3 times must move up a class and can not return to that class until the next season.
Protest :
1. Top half (1head) $250 - $50 to track
2. Whole engine (1 head and oil pan) $500 - $50 to track







Modified Street Rules
WEIGHT 3000 LBS AFTER RACE WITH DRIVER

Body:
1. Any 1948 or newer sedan or coupe. Minimum cutting for tires and air filter
2. Stock wheel base
3. Stock bumpers in stock location. Bumpers may be cut slightly, but no sharp edges
4. Must have wrecker loops on front and rear of the car
5. All doors must be welded or bolted shut
6. All glass must be removed
7. Racing seat with approved shoulder harness required
8. 4 post roll cage welded to the frame with 3 or more bars in the driver door. All bars must be 2” or larger
9. Unibodies can be tied together
10. Car must be strictly stock appearing. Minimum cutting allowed for tires and air filter
11. Plastic ground effects are permitted
12. After market pedal ok
13. Battery must be relocated and strapped securely in battery box in cockpit
14. 8 inch spoiler ok
Engine:
1. 362 cubic inch maximum, no 400 blocks, GM Crate 602 Engines are allowed
2. Must pull 17” vacuum at 900 RPM by track gauge
3. Any flat top or dish pistons allowed not to exceed deck height
4. Stock rods, cranks, heads, and block from the manufacturer. MSD ignition ok
5. Aftermarket stamp steel stock replacement rockers allowed
6. Vortec heads are allowed-casting #’s 906 & 062 stock production only
7. No porting or polishing at all
8. Solid lift cams allowed
9. Bigger valves and springs may be installed
10. No roller cams or lifters
11. Screw in studs and guide plates are allowed
12. No aluminum heads or bowtie blocks allowed
13. Any dual plane intake
14. Carburetor: any carburetor: GAS ONLY
15. After market fuel pump in stock location only. No electric pumps
16. Stock flywheel, pressure plate and clutch or torque converter
17. Aftermarket pulleys allowed
18. Engine must be in stock location
Tires and Wheels:
1. IMCA Tires ok, grooving tires ok, Hoosier 500 or Hoosier G60-15 IMCA or American Racer KK704.
2. 10” steel wheels permitted
3. No racing recaps
4. Bead locks allowed – RR only
5. Can run 60 series tires no wider than 10”
Suspension:
1. Shocks and springs must stay in stock location
2. Racing springs and shocks permitted. No weight jacks allowed
3. Wheels may be reinforced to prevent lost, plating, washers, or double nuts recommended.
4. 9” Ford rear end permitted. No quick change or ¾ ton rear ends allowed
5. Quick steers allowed
6. Stock steering box for that make of car. Aftermarket power steering pump ok
Protest Rules:
1. Any and all protests must be made within 10 mins of completion of the feature race
2. You must finish in the top 5 of the feature to make a protest
3. Any driver that refuses or is disqualified in the same class 3 times must move up a class and can not return to that class until the next season.
Protest :
1. Top half (1head) $250 - $50 to track
2. Whole engine (1 head and oil pan) $500 - $50 to track

Pure Street
WEIGHT 3400 LBS AFTER RACE WITH DRIVER
Car:
1. Any American made sedan with a stock firewall and floor pan and frame with 101 inch minimum wheelbased.
2. Sub frame cars may tie frames together under the care Mount in stock location. That means any mount.
3. All cars must have a minimum 6 point roll cage: 3 bars in driver door and 2 in passenger.
4. Stock front and rear bumper. Must have tow hook on front and rear bumper.
5. If car originally came with a spoiler, a stock spoiler is allowed.
6. Crossbars are allowed under the floor pan. All other bars are optional.
7. Stock steel factory assembly line production body for the make of the car in stock location.
8. Plastic nose pieces allowed. No wedge nose.
9. Fuel cell is required. Must be secured by 1 inch by 3/16 inch steel straps with 3/8 bolts or larger. Rear of fuel cell must be 12 inches from rear of car.
10. Battery may be relocated but not in the driver compartment.
11. 8” steel wheels max 275 60 14 May run new American Racer or IMCA tires.
12. Minimum cutting for tire clearance roll cage and fuel cell no other cutting allowed.
13. All weights must have 2 bolts.
14. Anything not specified must be stock and in stock location.
Suspension:
1. All suspension must remain in stock location.
2. Racing springs and shocks allowed.
3. Spring buckets and lowering blocks allowed. NO WEIGHT JACKS
4. Stock rear end for make of car. GM to GM; FORD to FORD; CHRYSLER to CHRYSLER May be locked.
5. Stock 4 wheel brakes, no shut off valves and no aftermarket components. All 4 wheel brakes must be working at all times.
6. No Quick Steer
7. Factory Disc rear brakes only
Transmission:
1. Manual or automatic with working clutch and torque converter.
2. Minimum 10 ½ inch clutch
3. Flywheel must be steel and weigh minimum 20 lbs

Engine:
1. 360 cubic inch max (may have .060 overbore). Must pull 19 inches of vaccum at 900 RPM. GAS ONLY.
2. Engine must have factory assembly line production components throughout engine. Mounts in stock location
3. No Vortec Heads. GM factory OEM production cast iron heads only.
4. Stock Production 2 barrel carbs. 1” adapter to run cast iron intake only.
5. Stock exhaust manifolds. No headers allowed.
6. Stock ignition
7. Aluminum radiator allowed
8. Heads : 55 cc minimum volume combustion chamber.
9. Engine set back no further that NO 1 spark plug in line with ball joint.
10. Factory replacement pistons only. No racing pistons
11. No Rhodes style lifters. No roller cams or roller lifters
12. Racing Oil pans allowed
Protest:
1. Any and all protests must be made within 10 mins of completion of the feature race
2. You must finish in the top 5 of the feature to make a protest
3. Cash must be in hand at time of protest
4. Any driver that refuses or is disqualified from protest in the same class 3 different times must move up a class the next race week and can not return to that class until the next season.
There are three different protests in Pure Street:
1. $1000 buyout or swap
2. $500 whole engine (1 head and oil pan) - $50 goes to track
3. $250 One Head - $50 goes to track
Any refusal or illegal acts will be disqualified immediately. Drive will lose all points for that event and all monies and awards for that event.

602/Stock Late Model
WEIGHT 2250 LBS AFTER RACE WITH DRIVER
Chassis and Tires:
1. Body-Dirt/MSCCS Late Model body rules apply
2. 12 inch spoiler including fins
3. Wheelbase – 103 inch minimum measured from center of hub to center of hub
4. Engine set back – Six (6) inches from center of ball joint to most forward spark plugs
5. Any transmission must have forward and reverse working gears
6. No traction control devices allowed
7. MSD systems ok. No magneto distributors
8. Mechanical fuel pump in stock location. No electric pumps
9. Any rear end
10. No mirrors or radios allowed
Wheels and Tires:
1. 14 inch maximum aluminum wheels
2. Front tires open
3. Rear tires must punch 40 or harder. Example: Hoosier D21 and American Racer 44 or harder.
Engine Options
Engine Option A: Standard Stock Engine:
1. Engines: Chevrolet 350, Chrysler 360, Ford 351
2. Must be all steel except intake. Any intake
3. OEM block, rods, crank and heads
4. No stroking or destroking of engines
5. Chevy 350 + .060 overbore – Ford 351 + .060 overbore – Chrysler 360 + .060 overbore
6. Aftermarket fuel pump in stock location
7. Hydraulic cam and hydraulic lifters. No rollers.
8. Maximum valve lift .468
9. OEM steel heads only (No aftermarket heads. No Bowtie Vortec head)
• No porting, polishing, grinding or excessive deburring on any breathing area on the head
• No shot peening or acid porting allowed
• Steel Valves Max size 2.02 inch intake valves and 1.65 inch exhaust valves
• Stamped steel “stock type” rocker arms or roller tip rocker arms (GM 1.5 ration, Ford 1.6 ratio but must not exceed lift valve)
• Stock diameter valve springs. No behive allowed. Must not exceed 120#
10. Flat top 4 valve relief cast or forged pistons. No lightweight pistons or racing ring piston
11. Pistons must not exceed top of deck
12. Stock OEM 5.7 rods or stock replacement rods (must look and weigh same as stock)
13. No shaft systems allowed (except Chrysler as that is OEM on all Mopar small blocks up until the 90s) rev kits, stud girdles, or valve stabilizers not allowed.
14. Stock OEM crank and stroke for engines listed above
15. Aftermarket oil pans allowed
16. No dry sumps allowed
17. Balancing of motor is permitted. Excessive cutting will be considered porting/grinding
18. Screw in studs and poly locks are allowed
Engine Option B: GM Performance Sealed Crate Engine P/N 88958602:
1. Sealed Crate engines must not be altered, modified or changed from factory specifications
Carburetor: Engine Option A and B
1. One 2 or 4 barrel carburetor only
2. Racing gas only
3. 2 inch maximum spacer under carburetor permitted
4. Engine must be normally aspirated
Water Pump: Engines Option A and B
1. Cast or aluminum water pump permitted
2. No electric water pump allowed
Exhaust: Engines Option A and B
1. Collection type headers required
2. No tri-Y or square tube headers allowed
Protest:
1. Any and all protests must be made within 10 mins of completion of the feature race
2. You must finish in the top 5 of the feature to make a protest
3. Any driver that refuses or is disqualified in the same class 3 times must move up a class and can not return to that class until the next season.
• Tear down nonsealed and sealed $800 - $50 to track
• One head $250 - $50 to track
• $175 shock buy out

Limited Late Model
General:
1. Body DIRT/MSCCS Late Model Body apply
2. Wheel base 103 inch minimum, measured from center of hub to center of hub
3. 14” maximum aluminum wheels. Beadlocks permitted
4. Hoosier Crate 21, D21, 1350 or harder & American Racer 44 or harder. All identification numbers must be visible on front and back of tires. No altering. NO TOLERANCE. Drivers caught with non-conforming tires will be immediately disqualified from that event. Drivers will lose all points for that event and all monies and awards for that event.
5. Gas or E85. NO ALCOHOL
6. Engine setback 6” from center of ball joint to most forward spark plug for all cars.
7. Any transmissions must have forward and reverse.
8. Any rear end
9. No traction control devices allowed
10. No Magneto
11. Any carburetor
12. No vacuum pumps
13. Rules may be adjusted in interest of fairness and competition
Engine Option A: Standard Limited Late Model Engine

WEIGHT:
• ROLLER ENGINES 2350 LBS ANYTIME WITH DRIVER AND 8” SPOILER
• FLAT TAPPET ENGINES 2300 LBS ANYTIME WITH DRIVE AND 12” SPOILER
1. Engines: Chevrolet-350, Chrysler-360, Ford-351 engines. Must be all steel except intake.
2. Engine maximum displacement of 362 cubic inches
3. Any intake
4. Aftermarket water pump (steel or aluminum) permitted
5. Aftermarket fuel pump in stock location
6. Any cam that will pull 17” of vacuum at 1,000 rpm by the track gauge
7. No aftermarket head allowed. Stock OEM heads or GM Bowtie Vortec heads allowed. Steel and straight plug heads only. NO GM Angle Plug heads. No porting, polishing, grinding or excessive deburring in any breathing area on heads. No shot peening or acid porting of heads allowed. Heads may be deburred on outside areas only. May have 3 angle valve job. Can be flat or angle milled. Ford Angle Plug Heads are allowed.
8. Flat top pistons only
9. Steel valves, rods and crank only.
10. Aftermarket oil pan permitted. No dry sumps allowed.


Engine Option B: GM Performance Sealed Crate Motors
GM Part Number P/N 88958602: Minimum weight 2250 lbs anytime with driver and 12” spoiler
GM Part Number P/N 88958604: Minimum weight 2350 lbs anytime with driver and 12” spoiler
1. These engines are sealed at the intake manifold, cylinder head, front cover, and oil pan with special twist off bolts. Crate engines must not be altered, modified, or changed in any way from factory specification.
2. The sealed engines must remain intact and not be tampered with. Any seals that have been removed or tampered with will make the engine illegal and ineligible for competition. Track reserves right to confiscate engine for technical inspection. The penalty for tampering with seals, modifying any internal engine parts, changing parts from stock as delivered and sealed from the factory will be subject to expulsion from racing in the class permanently.
3. No changes are allowed to the engines. Including intake manifold, heads, valve covers, front cover, oil pan, harmonic balancer, or any other part(s) on or in the engines.
Carburetor:
1. One 4-barrel carburetor only. Any manufacturer.
2. Engine must be naturally aspirated.
3. May use one carburetor spacer, 1 inch maximum and two standard one piece open hole paper gasket (maximum .070 inch thickness), one gasket between intake to spacer and one gasket between spacer to carburetor.
Water Pump:
1. Cast or aluminum permitted
Exhaust:
1. Collection type headers required.
2. No Tri-Y headers allowed.

Engine Option C
WEIGHT – MINIMUM 2350 LBS ANYTIME WITH DRIVER
2 Barrel Engine (Non Crate Engine)
1. All body, suspension, and tire rules will be the same as LMS. 8” maximum spoiler (complete assembly including blades)
2. Carburetor 4412 Holley carburetor with only the choke flap and linkage removed. Carburetor Buy – Exchange Rule - $350.00
3. Carburetor spacer or adapter will be a maximum of 1” between carburetor and intake. Carburetor must pass GO, NO-GO gauge.
4. Engine must have steel heads and block. No dry sumps allowed. 373 cu in max.
5. No mirrors or radios
6. Any transmission
7. Fuel: Gasoline or E85. NO ALCOHOL.
8. No electronic traction control devices.
9. Does not have to pull vacuum.
10. Anything not covered must have official approval.
NOTE:
• Any engine over 362 cu in must add 100 lbs
• Any engine over 362 cu in must be displayed on hood
Protest Rules FOR A,B and C:
1. Any and all protests must be made within 10 mins of completion of the feature race.
2. You must finish in the top 5 of the feature to make a protest.
3. Any driver that refuses or is disqualified in the same class 3 times must move up a class and can not return to that class until the next season.


Protest :
1. Protest fee is $300.00 for 1 head and $50.00 to the track


TECHNICAL PROTEST

• Technical protests will be made after the feature event only. Only a participant in the said race may file a technical protest. All protests must be filed within 10 minutes after the event finish. Protest must be filed in the infield and required cash for protest presented before car leaves and goes to pit area. Once car leaves perimeter of track, they are ineligible to file protest. Inspection shall begin shortly after the protest has been filed, or the protested car/participant will be disqualified. Failure or refusal to tear down will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all prize money, awards, and points for that event.
• Only cars that finish on the lead lap and in the top 5 are allowed to protest. Drivers may only protest cars that finish in FRONT of them. No reverse protests allowed.
• The only individuals allowed examining engine or parts protested are the driver being protested and an assistant, the driver protesting and an assistant, and the Technical Inspector.
• The Technical Inspector’s decision is final.
• Track officials reserve the right to tech, spot check, or examine cars at any time.
• Track officials reserve the right to accept or not accept protests at their discretion.
