I'd rate these people 0 stars if I could. Where do I begin? Their text alert appointment reminder system sent about 500 messages the first couple of times I went, even after confirming it kept reminding you over and over - super annoying. As I was recently about to return, I received an extremely rude phone call where the clearly annoyed associate talked over me several times, resulting in me hanging up due to her rudeness and hostility. Seemed like they were mad I had opted out of the text reminders. I decided not to go to my appointment because I refuse to be treated like that as customer. Today I recieve a letter in the mail from them that they have "dismissed me" from their office with a $55 missed appt. charge in the form of a certified letter. To be honest I never signed anything agreeing to a missed appointment fee and only verbally committed a while ago. Looking back, Dr. Von Varik was condescending and rude during my previous visit where she mocked my attempt to use aligners to fix a minor alignment problem and said something along the lines of that I "got what I deserved" that I was now having problems. Going to the dentist is already enough of a pain. I don't need to be treated like this. Honestly, I'm glad to find a new dentist and I was able to get another appointment nearby and for less $! within 1 week! Good riddance and good luck getting your $55!

I can not express enough how impressed I am with this dentist! I came in as a new patient with a lot of dental problems. They got me in ASAP. They have worked with me, provided me with a dental treatment plan that is affordable and unlike a lot of dentist- they WANT to try to save your teeth. I am so grateful for finding them!

The best dentist in Naples. Dr. Laura and her staff are wonderful and will do anything to ease the process and eliminate your fears of going to the dentist. She will never try to up sell you and works with you to make sure procedures are covered under your insurance. The best dental service ever. If you have an emergency she will work you in and she;ll even give you her personal cell phone if something happens after hours. Just the best.

I went to schedule my next appointment and realized I hadn't left a review yet. Dr. Van Varick is a great dentist - she's the only person I've trusted in healthcare in SWFL. She's been able to identify issues with my mouth that countless other dentists have missed. Her office staff is great as well. It's such a relief to finally have a PLEASANT healthcare experience. I can't recommend her enough.

I received a diagnosis of 7 cavities and gum disease. I went for a second opinion at North Naples Dental and I'm so happy I did. Dr Laura and her staff were so amazing and gave me the best news ever! No cavities No gum disease. Thank goodness for honest dentists!

I didn’t think I’d ever say this about a dentist, but Laura and her staff at North Naples Dental are amazing. After getting two other consultations with other dentist in Naples, they became my number one choice. Professionalism form start to finish! I went to the office for the first time wearing my mask. There were two ladies at the front desk. They looked at each other making faces . They didn’t know what to do or say so they told me to step outside at the parking lot and call them to make an appointment . Really? Who does that? You don’t treat people or new patients like that. In my opinion they should say “ We’ll give you a call to get your information and make an appointment for you becuase with the covid19 situation people can’t wait in the office “ something like that; Or just get my phone number , I don’t know . They were rude . Things happen for a reason , I’ll call a different dentist .

One of best dental offices I’ve been to! From front desk, to hygienist, to dental assistants to billing, all so attentive.

Been going here for years - wonderful staff, and always helpful when it comes to handling insurance! I won't go anywhere else!
