Had wonderful care with our Covid treatment. 10 stars all the way!
We’re new to the area and needed care for our daughter. The whole staff is very friendly and polite. The woman who took her vitals was a god send. She was very sweet with her. She was the first person who’s ever been able to take my toddler’s temperature under the arm! I hope we won’t need an urgent care anytime soon, but if we do this is 100% where we’ll be going. Thank you for the excellent care!
NP April was phenomenal. She listened to what I had to say and prescribed meds that had me feeling much better in less than 12 hours. Nursing staff was quick and efficient. Thanks!!

All together a great place to go for your healthcare needs. Very friendly and mostly there’s not a long wait. Also it’s very clean. I recommend this Dr office to anyone who needs to be treated and can’t wait for your Drs office to have an opening.
It was fast and friendly! I always go to North Oaks Urgent Care because the wait is usually never long, and everyone is so nice!
The staff were fast and efficient. Scheduled online and was seen at the time of the appointment. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. NP was friendly, caring and with extensive experience. I have been and so has my daughter for flu, both times we were very pleased with care.
So I took my 18month old son here the other night because he has been really sick the past few days. I will never go here again the staff was rude to me and also I watched the last who works the desk be very rude to another father who was bringing in his sick baby. Then I got to the back and the nurse asked my sons birthday so I gave it to her twice and she told me I was wrong and stomped away as if I was lying about him being my son. She was very rude. The doctor was OK but I feel as if he could have done more for my son. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
I have been here several times in the past 6 months. Either myself or family members. We have never had any complaints about the place or the staff. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I would recommend going here if you need Urgent Care.
Waited 45 minutes before we were told that this location was no longer considered a walk-in clinic. It is now considered a urgent care which means my copay increased from $30 to $100. We already have an urgent care in the city and did not need another. A lot of people, including myself, relied on this clinic for minor illnesses rather than having to wait for a PCP to have an opening. Very disappointed at what alot of people view as a money grab and a business taking advantage of the current covid situation to squeeze money out of people who have no other place to go. Also, the front desk attendant had an attitude with everyone who walked in. Little to no communication and it took her at least 30 minutes to check everyone in. Medical care workers were fantastic as usual. Our family has been going here for years and have never had an issue with the medical staff. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.
