North Ogden InstaCare

Went here on advice of my PCP due to hives that were bruising. I have been a patient at this facility for over 20 years. Nurse was wonderful. Very sweet and welcoming. Dr didn’t even look at my hives or any part of me other than a picture I showed her. She gave me a prescription for a steroid and took blood. The next day Via the app I could see that some of my test results were abnormal. When they called me they said I was fine and If I had any questions I should follow up with my PCP who didn’t have an opening for a month. I reminded them that my PCP sent me there and I asked about my abnormal results. They said they were normal. When I asked what I should do about my hives that were still bothering me and that I was really worried, they told me again to make an appointment with my PCP. When I told them he didn’t have an opening they said “yeah, I’m sure that’s frustrating, hopefully he can see you soon”. So glad I spent a co-pay that I don’t have, just to be told to make an appointment with my PCP.

The nurse/doctor was super helpful and I had a great experience. I would definitely return. I did find it a little interesting that I was prescribed an antibiotic before getting my Covid results but they did call me the next day with more information.

Unfortunately we've had to visit this InstaCare a couple times this year but every time has been a good experience, including our visit tonight. They were swamped but worked hard to get to everyone as quick as possible. They're really good with kids, my son needed stitches and they made him feel comfortable and safe. They took great care of him/us and had him stitched up and us on our way pretty fast relative to how busy they were.

My son got a broken collar bone and the nurses where just taking their sweet time to take care of us, while they where chatting away and laughing my son was in a lot of pain with out help. We wait on the room for 40 min before the doctor came in to check on him took 2 min with him and walk out after 10 more minutes they took x-rays truly unbelievable for them to take so long for something like this. REGRET coming here for sure . Zero care for patients.

Care was excellent. Patti the doctor took time to hear me and answered all questions. She was professional, courteous and made a personal call to discuss my lab results. I’m very impressed with the care I received and give them “kudos” of a job well done!!! Thank you!

I'm always very happy with this place when I come here. The staff are smart and helpful and kind. It's usually about an hour wait, but I know what to expect and don't mind. I don't think I've ever been unhappy after coming to this urgent care

I went there on the 1st of January with severe congestion and severe ear pain. The estimated waiting time was 2 and a half hours, but it was the only place open, so I decided to wait. After an hour waiting, they took me to a room, and they did the covid, flu, and RSV tests and asked me to wait outside again and that the doctor would call me. After 40 minutes they called me again, they put me in a room and told me to make myself comfortable because the doctor was going to be late, 50 minutes later a nurse practitioner appeared, checked me and sent me to buy Afrin, I told her that my pain It was unbearable and she told me that it was normal with congestion. The doctor never showed up, I waited 3 hours for a nurse to send me Afrin. Today, of course, I woke up worse. Kindness is of no use when they do not provide the service they should. 3 hours, and only one nurse saw me, but they did charge me for an emergency visit.

Waited over an hour. Finally brought back to only have a Dr look in my ears and write a prescription. She doesn't 5 minutes with me max! She didn't listen to my lungs or heart, look in my throat or any other exam. Still dealing with a plugged ear 10 days later!

Doctor = awesome. Great personality and felt like he actually cared to help me out. Nurses = amazing. Both of them took great care of me and were so sweet.

Was quite busy an over 2 hrs to be seen Once I was seen the care was great its just way to long it seems to wait for a care center with the name instacare. Be going here for over 15 years seems to be getting slower each new time I go. Seemed to be more people sitting at computers than were helping patients. I know it gets busy often just seemed more than a busy issue.
