Recently SEVERAL of my friends have taken their animals to you on my suggestion. Thank you for taking such good care of their cats and dogs. Also, A special thank you for seeing a friend of mine the same day , as her Vet would not see her same day, and her cat was critically ill. You confirmed her suspicion that the cat needed to be put down, and she applauded your compassion and decency . She said, even though you weren’t in her city, she was going to come to see you when she gets her next pet. Thanks again for all you do.
Dr. Raina has cared for my pets for the past three years from saying goodbye to my senior girl Sassy to my clumbsy puppy Deli. I have never met a veterinarian more caring and compassionate than Dr. Raina. I would recommend no other practice than North Olmsted Animal Hospital! His wife is also amazing! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Reposting since it keeps getting removed and I’ll KEEP POSTING IT Their review of North Olmsted Animal Clinic was removed NOW FOUR times in the past 3 days by the clinic. PLEASE, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! It is bad enough to lose a pet, but how she died was just horrific! I brought Sheba in for a chronic ear polyp that was infected. They were extremely busy that day, the waiting room was full, so I was told to sign a paper & come back in a few hours. When I picked her up she was unresponsive! I have never had an animal released to me in that condition! They claimed the anesteshia just needed to wear off. WHAT ANESTHESIA? We never discussed anesthesia, they were just supposed to clean out her ear and administer meds! I took her home and agonizing hours passed by. My Mother & I anxiously waited for Sheba to come around...she never did. Suddenly she twitched, a gasp of distress, then coughed up a large mass of blood. My mother and I watched her take her last breath on my living room floor. - No#1 HOW DO YOU LET A CAT GO HOME UNRESPONSIVE? - No#2 HOW DO YOU EVEN CONSIDER PUTTING A 13 yr OLD CAT UNDER ANESTHESIA WITHOUT doing blood work to see what condition her health was in and discussing with the owner? ESPECIALLY AFTER I GAVE YOU HER MEDICAL RECORDS THAT CLEARLY STATED SHE HAD EARLY SIGNS OF KIDNEY DISEASE. - No# 3 HOW DO YOU have a customer sign an anesteshia consent form WITHOUT EXPLAINING or DISCUSSING ANYTHING, YOU JUST RUSH THEM OUT THE DOOR! - No#4 Why did your son physically take my cat from me and give her back to me? After minimal research of his name, I see that he is only an office coordinator? What qualifies him to handle clients pets and in his own words"I had to give her a bath because she was combative and urinated on herself." He also said that he is learning from his dad. I thought only registered vet techs and the vet could legally handle animals in a veterinary clinic. - No# 5 WHO inserted the tube in Sheba's ear that most likely caused the hemmorage that ultimately took her life? WHO murdered my sweet angel Sheba? I'll never know...but now my mission is to share her story. If I can prevent even one person's pet from succumbing to the same fate, then Sheba will not have died in vain. Please dear Lord forgive me for bringing her here! Shame on you North Olmsted Animal Hospital, Shame on you ! Thank God for Faithful Companion crematory service for picking her up & bringing her back home to me!
Needed a rushed appointment for my sick dog and they scheduled for the next day. My dog had an allergic reaction and the doctor and staff did an excellent job getting him healthy. Very compassionate and excellent knowledge of animal care. I am changing vets from my old one because of the high level of satisfaction from the staff.
Dr. Raina and his staff Sally, Mary and Patty are the best! I would not trust anyone else with my three dogs goldendoodle, newfoundland and border collie. We have moved all over due to my husband's job and have had multiple dogs for the past 25 years so I have experience with many veterinarians in multiple states. You will not find a more caring and honest veterinarian. My first experience with Dr. Raina was back in 2021, my goldendoodle was very ill and I called over a dozen vet clinics to see my dog. All of the other clinics refused to see him because he was not an established patient we had just moved to the area months before he became ill. They all said two to three weeks wait to get him in. Our dog would have died by then. But Dr. Raina took him the same day that I called, and he stayed after hours to see our goldendoodle. North Olmsted Animal Hospital is a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic from our house but I am happy to make the drive because I know that Dr. Raina will take good care of my fur babies. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to guilt you into unnecessary tests or procedures like some veterinarians do. He is very reasonably priced and always very upfront about the cost. He understands how much a part of the family animals are and he is so kind and gentle with them. His office staff is always very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I am so thankful for Dr. Raina and his staff.
This animal hospital is amazing! I love all of them! They take such great care of my dog kane! Best vet i have ever taken my animal to! Love them
I can not give enough respect to these two wonderful people that put my mind to ease when no one else would. My jasper started limping. Because, he's almost 9 yr old, corgi, I'm not accepting what is around the Corner for us. I called the entire world to get him in a timely manner and I couldn't unless I paid a amount that I can't afford. Within 1 hour of calling them. I had complete x-rays with wonderful results. My jasper is just too chubby! They did not take advantage of people's emotions and upcharge like others will. I will go out of my way to receive more services from this establishment
Dr. Raina and staff are exceptional!!! Their care towards the pets is to be admired. My dog has been treated by Dr. Raina since he turned 8 months and every single visit leaves me at rest and in peace because the care and love given to my Pelito is genuine and comes from a good place. To have a veterinarian that calls you after hours to see how your pet is doing, is one-of-a-kind. I'm thankful and grateful for their service and their love for pets <3
Dr. Raina and his staff are the best. He delivered my bulldog’s 6 beautiful healthy pups and he and his staff have taken excellent care of them! He is the best!
