We've lived here for almost a year now and all things considered it a pretty nice place to live! It's quiet, most everyone is friendly, and it's very well kept. Management makes sure everyone's lawn stays cut, trimmed, and there aren't a bunch kids bikes and toys cluttering up. And they're Fair about enforcing the park rules! The lot rent is very reasonable and garbage pickup in included with the Water bill. This is a very comfortable place to live, a place where you can let your kids go out and play without worrying to much, and a place that has a Genuine sense community about it!
Park manager is extremely rude when I asked for corporates number the first time she said it's their policy that they can't hand it out. I even recorded a video the second time. An hour an 10 minutes before they close I went in asking for corporates number and a copy of their rules and regulations she began to.say she was leaving in 10 minutes but I see no reason why she can't give me the rules and regulations in that amount of time. If anyone has corporates number id greatly appreciate it. I highly recommend this park finds a new manager before people start moving since we as adults can't have a guest at our house for more then an hour without being harassed!!!
Management is rude, unhelpful, and gives absolutely no warnings about changes. Just the other day they put a no parking sign in my yard while my car was parked on the road in front of the house. We got fined for a guest having loud music but the people across the street get away with it everyday. Our guests can’t park in front of the house and have to park in overflow and walk. I swear this place is trying to get rid of people with kids because toys can’t be left out and swing sets are not allowed. Highly recommend not living here, if you have kids warning the maintence man is a child molester and nobody is doing anything about it, even though management is aware of the situation. Apparently you can live here if you molest a child but not if you have a felony.
This is absolutely a great place to live. Peaceful and Mostly Quiet. On occasion there will be a disrespectful group of people who like to party and make noise, but this is NOT a frequent event. Mostly, I enjoy the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Unlike the last place I lived. Errrrrr...
Have lived here since 2011, have had at least 10 different managers who seem to change the park rules to suit them. The only good thing is the lot rent. We are constantly "threatened" with fines if our grass is more than an inch high, if they see any toys or bikes in our yard we have kids, at one point, we had a dog that was ok'd by the manager, she was fired then we were threatened with eviction if we didnt find her a new home. People constantly speed down our road with no consequences but we get warnings all the time for weeds, toys, bikes, metal, whatever they feel like warning us about. I got a "48 hour or be evicted" notice this morning the 6th because we have been behind on bulls due to an accident. The 6th! We have never been late on rent and one day past we are getting the eviction notice? The management always look disheveled and never give notice when turning the water off for "repairs". I am so disgusted by the lack of professionalism and the bullying they do to not only us, but some other neighbors too. If I had a place to take my family, I would get out of here ASAP, but with only 1 income, theres not a whole lot we can do. My recommendation? Dont buy a place here! They are bullies and the trailers are overpriced.
Manager is rude and will not help out residents' problems. Potholes and messed up sidewalks need fixed but no one will do anything. Crime is coming over from Connie Jean Crossing and manager will not extend fence in between properties to prevent it. Manager favors some tenants while treating the others unfairly. Not a good place to live. Please don't waste your time there.
Easy to find for someone that's new to the area. Homes & Lots are very well maintained from what I seen while visiting my Son there.
Worse trailer park management I've ever seen. Wont even give corporates number out. I dont live here never would recommend anyone to. Manager is very rude and racist I believe.
I have been waiting now for more than 30 days for my deposit back and no one will give me the corporates number I would like to have it if anyone knows it please let me know.
Awful people. Liars and scam artists. Friend of mine bought a lawn mower and trailer from the Trailer Park, paid him for it, went to pick it up the next day and they sold it out from under him to someone else.
