Small personal office and wonderful staff..Dr Pfent is very good at explaining things so I can understand treatment. Treatment costs and insurance coverage were explained to me as well. Would recommend anyone to this office.
Dr. Pfent and the office staff are kind, helpful, and incredibly professional. I have had some pretty extensive dental work done in the past year, and Dr. Pfent has been great about coordinating with my work schedule and my budget to plan it in stages. My teeth look and feel fantastic now!
I am a patient of Dr Pfents and I have always had a pleasant experience every time i go to the office..i have had bad experiences in the past at other dental offices. The staff always greets me with a smile that sets my mind at ease.. they are wonderful. I recently had a crown done and Dr.Pfent explained the procedure and it would all be completed the same day! I even got to see the computerized machine that made the crown. I will continue to recommend Dr.Pfent to friends and family. They will not regret visiting his office.
My husband, Rich Siller, and I have been very well taken care of at North Pointe Dental. Ms. Robin is truly dedicated to getting us in, in a timely manner. She is kind, upbeat and efficient. She truly cares when we have had tooth pain. She’s also lovely to talk to! Dr. Pfent is also wonderful, going above and beyond always, even calling me back when he is out of town, to get me in ASAP upon his return. I also appreciate their patient payment plans. The hygienists are likewise wonderful. The BEST! They give us good advice for how to care for our teeth between cleanings, and are fun to talk to and laugh with. They decrease my dentist-anxiety this way. Love them! I highly recommend North Pointe Dental. It’s the best dentist office I’ve ever had in my life! We are very blessed and grateful. Dr. Pfent has been my dentist for 20 years. He is a great dentist and a pleasant person. He has a great team working him him too. I would recommend Dr. Pfent to everyone.
Absolutely hands down the worst dental office I have ever been too as far as scheduling. The dentist is friendly and does good work but the office staff needs to be changed. Does not know how to set an appointment and keep an appointment on time. Always canceling an appointment the day of the appointment or your there sitting in a chair and after being there a few hours they tell you the dentist is tied up and will not be able to finish the appointment. Total lack of respect for there patients.

I can honestly say this place has the worst receptionist! I believe her name is Beth. I was trying to reschedule my appointment since the office manager was out sick and she got frustrated with my questions and hung the phone up on me. Be aware because they will treat you like they don’t need your business! This place does not deserved any star!!!!
