On any given day, hundreds of patrons are positively impacted by parks and recreation, whether they are biking, walking or running on a trail, reaching fitness goals at the NRH Centre, joining an athletic league at one of the many parks or Richland Tennis Center, discovering a new art class at the Senior Center or just enjoying the benefits of open and green space.
With 32 parks and facilities, over 30 miles of trails and 830 acres of parks and open spaces, the North Richland Hills Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of activities to enhance the city’s sense of community and the quality of life for our citizens.
