I have been a repeat customer over the years. Excellent prices and friendly service! They have many useful items there that other places don't stock.

It’s not hard to be friendly or even have a tad bit of customer service skills. The old man there is off the charts with a loss of self awareness. Bless him.

HORRIBLE STORE AND SERVICE. I'm an animal lover and love going to pet and feed stores as they all carry different supplies. While in Pembroke today I found what I thought was a cool feed store. I went in and looked around. I found this kitten in the corner in a metal ferret/chinchilla cage with small levels and a wire floor. His cage was dirty as was the water bowl. I went up to the front desk and a woman asked if they could help me. I nicely asked if they could give the poor kitten a blanket r something to lay on and get off the wire a little. They dropped what they were doing and looked at me like I had 10 heads... they laughed and said he's fine and doesn't need anything. That he can get stuff when he goes home. Apparently someone "won" him in a raffle that they do. That was a week ago and he's still there. I offered to take him and the rule was you had to buy $50 worth of supplies. Whatever. They still wouldn't let me buy just him. They were extremely, extremely rude to me. It takes a lot for me to say something too and they shot me down immediately. I asked once he's gone do they just put another one in that cage. The man replied with "yep, or a rabbit". I think I'm going to get that place inspected and know exactly who to go to.

Love that store they have every thing you want.I wish I had more time to spend there.

Hit or miss - local family operated but sometimes the family is so grumpy is rather go to a box store. Products are generally good.

Said they would deliver pellets to my home WEEKS ago. Never reached out, had to call myself, just for them to tell me they don't deliver.

What a GREAT place!!! They have everything you need and MUCH more. They are so kind. We were afraid to cut our rabbits nails and they said bring him on in. The young girl their is more than happy to do it and show you how!! She has great information as they have a few rabbits running around!!!as well as cats a dog some chickens and much much more!! If they don’t have it..you probably don’t need it!! Bottom line is great place, nice people, Our family has been going there for years!!!

I really do want to like this place, but the owners are the meanest rudest people I have ever met. The daughter is actually very nice and makes me feel welcome. The older couple make me feel like I shouldn’t even be there.

Great price and selection of wood pellets. They are my go-to!
